“If I could give them 500 stars, I would! We went around to different Mongolian restaurants trying to find a really good one, and this one wins! For YEARS we keep going here and are never disappointed. We moved away for 5 years and the biggest thing we missed was this restaurant. When we moved back it was the first place we went for dinner. The employees are so sweet and friendly. 100% recommend.“

“I went in after loosing my dog of 8 and a half years to get a quick bite as I didn’t feel like cooking or doing anything and the manager came over and noticed I wasn’t okay. And he sat with me for 10 mins letting me vent to him about loosing my dog. He’s such a nice man with such a good heart ❤️ happy teriyaki is one of my favorite places to eat as I love the yaki U-don with tofu it’s one of the foods I like to eat no matter the time of the day and is something I crave frequently. But now I no longer go for just for the food but for their customer service. Thank you so much broody I really appreciated the talk.“

“Happy Teriyaki ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On 1/25/23, I had to work late and stopped at Happy Teriyaki on Federal Way in Boise for take-out. This was my first time visiting this business. I was a bit skeptical because I knew it was a franchise with 10 Idaho locations, but it was on my way back to the office and I always like to try new things.  I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Happy Noodles with Chicken ($12.95), which is Chicken on a bed of Yakisoba Noodles. Other protein options are beef or pork. I was drawn to this dish because Yakisoba isn’t on many menus in  Idaho. In fact, the first time I ever had it was before it was on any local menus, and I had to make it myself from scratch.  The service was excellenot. My order came out fast. It was steaming hot and I could tell from the heft of the bag that it was generously portioned. It made two meals for me. I like that it had a large portion of chicken. The noodles were deliciously, seasoned and perfectly cooked. This is my kind of “fast food.” My five star review is based solely on this dish because it’s the only one I’ve tried. It was excellent! And it’s the best Yakisoba I’ve had in Boise to date. Highly Recommended!!!“

“Yo this place was actually fire. Came here after work with some friends and every single thing we ordered was hitting. The burgers were juicy, fries crispy, and the milkshakes were honestly dangerous 😂. Service was quick even though the restaurant was packed and the workers still stayed super friendly the whole time. I also liked how laid back the atmosphere felt — not too fancy but still really nice inside. Prices were fair too considering the portions. Definitely one of those places where you instantly know you’re gonna come back again soon 🍔🔥“

“Very cute unassuming place. Locate in a strip mall in Eagle you enter into a beautifully decorated and warm restaurant. We opted to sit outside and was also very pleasantly decorated and spacious! Service was wonderful, our server was so sweet. She made eye contact and even helped navigate our drink orders to our preferences when she alerted us they were out of certain ingredients. Really appreciate her going the extra mile. I can't drink alcohol due to medication interactions, but I like a mocktail or 0.0 beer. She made sure I was getting the correct product without me feeling embarrassed. Rockstar.

“We decided to try Happy Teriyaki last night, and I’m so glad we did! From the first bite, everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were huge. It’s hard to find a place where everyone in the family leaves happy, but this was definitely one of those spots.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole experience made us feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t wait to try more from the menu. If you’ve been thinking about giving them a try, do it—you won’t be disappointed!“

“This review is for the Garden City location!! I have loved this place for a long time. But unfortunately tonight my Katsu was burnt to a crisp, fried rice was as dry as the Sahara. My kids plate was the same order and not any better. My partner's orange chicken was rubbery, like it had been out for a long time. Her Katsu was burnt as well. We have eaten there so many times but the last 2 times it's been absolutely terrible as well and I feel like it was a waste of money. We made macaroni and cheese because we had to throw it out. Next time, we will have to go to the Meridian location and see if our luck is better, but it's going to be a while before we do.“

Got the yakisoba noodles, Mongolian beef & meatballs bowl with broccoli, carrots and the sweet pickled onions.
Friend got the Mongolian beef with citrus chicken, carrots and broccoli with yakisoba noodles & the chili lemongrass sauce.
(Slight char on the broccoli but not overcooked still a light crunch had a good rush so may have just been a bad spot on the pan)

We agree the citrus was better than the meatballs but still good. Fun reward after sporting event.“
