“We have now been several times and it’s always a real honest to goodness top notch treat. We look so forward and savor every bit of it. The food is authentic, so know you won’t get Tex mex enchilada combo plates. The service is the best in town. Every member of our party, each time has received special treatment. We could go elsewhere and spend the same amount of money, get a tough steak, and snarky waitstaff, without a doubt. But we love this place and will keep coming back!“

“Fantastic pricing and even better food. After moving here, we were pretty excited for all the food options we would have compared to our small mountain town prior. Unfortunately, most taco trucks were letting us down with their prices inflated, yet deflated food. $3+ tacos with 4-5 pieces of meat in them at best. These guys FINALLY showed us there is still good taco trucks around! Tacos/burritos are LOADED at less than $2/$8 a piece n this terrible economy!“

Parking: Very small free parking lot, but i believe side street parking is available. But it was tight quarters for a pickup truck FYI“

“This place has been in Caldwell since I was a kid in high school. For it to be around for this long is a testament to their food and service. They have expanded their menu since the mid 70's and have updated the building a few times over the years. The inside is very clean with tables for dining in or getting your order to go. The employees are friendly and very helpful.
If in the area, stop in and try them out.“

“The food was very tasty, the salsa with tortilla chips also very tasty, made at home. We ordered a variety and I ordered a Mojarra and everything was very delicious ?. Friendly service. I recommend it and we will return here often.

“We found this spot via Facebook when someone asked about who has the best best tamales. I went Thursday and bought a dozen uncooked frozen to bring home for Christmas day. Just finished them, and they are absolutely the best I've had, and I'm from So. Cal. I've had great tamales before, but these are the bomb! Cooked them in the oven at 350 for 70 minutes (from frozen), and they were perfect. A+ to Carniceria MI Terra.“

“Food is authentic but the service and atmosphere could use some improvement. If you're looking for yummy & authentic Mexican food and not a clean or cute place then this is it. Employees barely know English and aren't super helpful or friendly either. Breakfast burritos, Chile rellenos and bean and cheese burritos are our faves. Green salsa is delish. Inside is rarely clean or tidy. Just go through the drive thru and take it home to eat.“
“Went there for the first time this week. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Found 2 food products that I didn't expect to find, at a reasonable price. The restaurant was quite busy with local work crews.“
