“I’ve been coming here for the past five or six years and I cannot get enough of it! The service is always so kind. I’ve never had a bad experience there and every time I’ve brought someone with me, and they end up really enjoying it. I love that no matter how busy it is, the staff is still extremely attentive and food comes out at a solid pace. It’s been really fun to see the restaurant expand and grow over time, the new decor is so fun.
The experience alone is incredible. The food is so good too! My boyfriend and I go there at least twice a month, so glad I got him hooked!
We love the Boise Roll, Spicy Miso Ramen with Chashu + I switch out the normal noodles for Udon! I seriously cannot say enough good things about Island Ramen!“

“The food is very good. We have tried pizza and salads and both were fresh and very tastey. The on-line ordering is horrible. Yesterday we placed a to go order at 3 pm and was told that it would not be ready to pick up until 7 pm, 4 hours later. That is not unusual and sometimes they stop on-line ordering several hours before closing. They either need more ovens, a better system or discontinue take out orders because on-line ordering for take out is very frustrating and annoying.“

“Sophi took our order with a bright smile and a gleam in her eye that made my mother and I feel like we were VIPs. She repeated our complicated and detailed order back to us word for word right off the top of her head like a Chic Fil A pro. Then she asked us if we had any special plans today but just having her wait on us was what made our day special. The only complaint we had was that there wasn't a tip jar for us to leave something for her wonderful customer service. Thank you again Sophi!“

“July 10th, my wife & I "happened" into discovering The SpringHouse At The Merc for her birthday meal/lunch. AB-SO-LUTE-LY the BEST dining experience we have had in years. Friendliest staff, manager & owner we have ever met in Idaho (36 years of dining, here). Five-star food. Best BIRTHDAY date we have ever had. THEY are our new "go-to" for special dates and event meals. Boom Shaka Laka! ✔✔✔❤❤❤“

“Came to this location today after having a bad experience at the Meridian location yesterday. Service here was way better (Meridian location didn't even acknowledge us and had us sit at the table for 20 minutes with no service before we left). Not only was the service better, it was way better. Food was great too.“

“This was our first visit to Marco's and we'll be back again. The food was hot and ready on time. The crust and sauce was perfect, and the toppings were very plentiful. Best of all, the staff acknowledged us right away. Friendly staff. We did have difficulty with the on-line ordering process, so we placed our order by phone and everything went well.“

“The french onion soup was good to me. Hubby got 1/2 hot roast beef sandwich, and I got 1/2 a grilled chicken blt. He liked his, but I only had 3/4 of a piece of bread, which made it impossible to pick up and eat. I know that when the fellow made it, he knew that it was impossible to pick up. But they served it anyway. That's what kind of makes me have a not great opinion. This is only our second time having lunch here, so perhaps they were having an off day. Eat the pastries, though. They are GREAT!“
