“I’m a pretty picky eater. I never leave reviews but this taco truck is 1000% deserving of a review. Hands down the best steak tacos I’ve ever had. The taco shell was perfect crisp, the toppings were a great balance and the seasoning of the steak 🔥🔥🔥. Found my new favorite taco truck. Highly recommend. For 4 (healthy sized tacos) and a drink it was only $11.00..“

“First off, this family is the nicest most generous family I’ve met. They are so hardworking and do everything they can to make sure you get what you want. They catered my wedding on June 14 this year and my guests are still talking about the food. They came out and served my guests happily, I’ve had so many comments on how friendly they all were.

The restaurant is amazing as well! The birria noodles were top notch!

Was asked for card payment. I said I would pay cash at pickup. Was answered ok will be ready in 15 minutes. Got there to pay and pickup at 20 minutes. Was told it would be 5 minutes more. It took 15 min more to get my order. Was charged almost 2 dollars for card payment, I paid cash got home to discover that my order was wrong . Ordered shrimp and it was chicken. I know it was a very busy day . I was very disappointed with service. I've ate here many times. First time that I ordered out . I love your food .please train your help better. I should have been made aware that if you don't pay with card over phone order you will have to wait more than 5 minutes. More like 15 minutes.“

“This place has been in Caldwell since I was a kid in high school. For it to be around for this long is a testament to their food and service. They have expanded their menu since the mid 70's and have updated the building a few times over the years. The inside is very clean with tables for dining in or getting your order to go. The employees are friendly and very helpful.
If in the area, stop in and try them out.“

It looked like a fairly new place and the family that runs it was super kind and thanked us for the business.I’m super picky when it comes to carne asada tacos (grew up in Mexico half my life lol) and these reminded me of home? 10/10 for sure! will definatly go back again!One heads up - don’t overdo it with the salsa. I dretched my tacos in the red and green salsa and underestimated how spicy it would be. They’re kicking my butt lol honestly though, authentic as it gets all around and reminds me of home ?“

“I have to admit that my expectations were low because traditional Mexican food on the east coast is rare as hens teeth. My wife and I were amazed to find the fresh ingredients and complimentary flavors reminded us of some of our favorite restaurants on Cozumel. My only complaint is that the food is too good for a food Truck. Mike already figured this out because he's opening a restaurant. I can't wait to see his presentation on some colorful Mexican crockery. Traditional rum, tequila, and mescal drinks would make a perfect evening.“

“We found this spot via Facebook when someone asked about who has the best best tamales. I went Thursday and bought a dozen uncooked frozen to bring home for Christmas day. Just finished them, and they are absolutely the best I've had, and I'm from So. Cal. I've had great tamales before, but these are the bomb! Cooked them in the oven at 350 for 70 minutes (from frozen), and they were perfect. A+ to Carniceria MI Terra.“

“Went there for the first time this week. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Found 2 food products that I didn't expect to find, at a reasonable price. The restaurant was quite busy with local work crews.“

“Food is authentic but the service and atmosphere could use some improvement. If you're looking for yummy & authentic Mexican food and not a clean or cute place then this is it. Employees barely know English and aren't super helpful or friendly either. Breakfast burritos, Chile rellenos and bean and cheese burritos are our faves. Green salsa is delish. Inside is rarely clean or tidy. Just go through the drive thru and take it home to eat.“
