“This was our first time to eat at Izzy’s. It was my birthday and they made me feel so special. They even wrote on a chalkboard wishing me a happy birthday. They make you feel like family here. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and it will now be our go to spot for brunch every weekend!“

“I always order the Eggs Benedict with a side of fruit & it is always excellent. The fruit is fresh in the summer & includes berries, bananas, apples, peaches, pineapple- they allow me to ask for it w/o bananas & one gal even asked what other fruit I wanted more of! It comes with a side of cinnamon yoghurt for dipping. My friend orders the Aspiring Omelet- a huge helping of spinach & cheese topped with salsa & sourcream that comes with a side & bread of choice. They are the only restaurant I know that serves real (not a teabag) Market Spice Tea. For $3.95, you get a huge mug & as many refills as you can drink. I always take my last one to go & most of the servers offer to top it off, so I get 16oz of yummy tea goodness in addition to what I've slurped while eating. Our meal was $40 before tip. Service is friendly & efficient. The gal told us it would be a 30min wait during breakfast rush hour. It was more like ten or fifteen & we got a booth. I live in Spokane & happily drive over to CDA for this place.“

“My husband and I ate at jimmys down the street this morning. I’ve never been here so I’ve been wanting to try it but never have the time and this morning I did. What a great little hole in the wall as it’s called. I didn’t get our waitresses name but she was great. I had the veggie Benedict it was absolutely delicious. My husband had the all American and again it was delicious. Being a waitress myself at Tito’s Italian grill and wine shop down the street I highly recommend this place. Great food and great service. Customers are always asking me a good breakfast place now I can say I’ve been there and highly recommend. So thank you to the cooks and staff.“

“THIS is the place for GREAT FOOD!!!! DUFF'S SPECIALTY WOOD orders daily lunches for their employees and the employees give this restaurant's food 5 stars on both the taste and the size of the meals.
For example, we have ordered individual calzones which come in any flavor they make a pizza in and size is a medium pizza folded over....omg they are huge. Also, today they got pasta and cheesy bread sticks and I always know the food is good when it becomes absolutely quiet LOL!

“The owner of the Valley/CDA Carusos, Jesse, was so amazing to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. He checked in regularly, promptly answered questions, and was very organized. Our guests really enjoyed the food and there was enough for guests to get seconds and even have some left over at the end of the night! Jesse and his wife maintained the buffet for our event, and his wife even came over to let me know my favorite pizza was going quick and offered to bring me some! We are so happy we chose Carusos!“

“The people and atmosphere are nice, but the food is delicious! you should get the: berry bowl add almond but with no coconut flakes ( and gluten free granola if you also have that dietary restriction ) and a loaded toast ( has to be tkast if you're gf ). “We went here while we were staying at the resort because all the restaurants in the resort were packed and I love sushi. We got seated pretty quick however nobody helped us and we ended up having to ask someone if we could get drinks and order food. We got a sushi roll and pad Thai. I would say they were both decent, my husband wasn’t really a fan of either. I would def try it out again. The service however was not great, they didn’t check on us at all and we had to once again ask if we could check out. I will admit they were very busy. Overall not the best experience but not a horrible one either. Also, for CDA I thought the prices were def affordable!“

Her boyfriend was also there so she was sitting there cuddled up as I walked in, with other customers in there as well. Came back in a few minutes later to get a lid and awkwardly stood at the counter for her to get up from sitting with her boyfriend. Love wellness bar but service wasn’t there at this location.“

“Attended with the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce for the Ambassador lunch ... ordered the 3 piece fish and chips. The fish was top knotch. It was crispy yet moist. The service was exceptional considering the size crowd we had. Will definitely be back.“

“We went with a large group, eleven to be exact. It was New Year's Day (dinner). The restaurant was busy. All the staff was friendly and professional. They seated us within a reasonable amount of time, within 30 minutes. For the most part the food was good. The lasagna was dry and a very small portion. The soup, salad, and bread was good and plentiful. The bread was hot and fresh!! We had 2 waiters. The one gentleman was amazing...he was ON!! He was the older of the 2. The other one was good just not as spot on. The restaurant went out of their way to seat the kids together and serve them, they treated the kids special. All in all it was a nice time. Except for the lasagna we would do it again.“

“I've always enjoyed going to this place and having a delicious breakfast with my folks or whoever's in town, but today was not a good experience, ordered breakfast and I didn't know they portioned out their food but when my breakfast got to my table I was missing half of my potatoes. The server then told me you only get 4 oz of potatoes. I've never in my life heard of a breakfast place portioning out their potatoes like that's supposed to be the filler, the food was still good but I don't know I was very disappointed“

“Hubby and I were in town for Dr appointments. Decided to try out the restaurant part ( usually enjoy the 21 and up section) since it was cold and Rainey outside. Atmosphere was bright and clean , nice view of the lake. But to be honest if you don’t have kids with you I’d prefer outside sitting when the weather permits. Not because of the service just the noise level. Hubby and I were seated by a group of 10 with probably 5 kids and heaping serving of desert goodness! Obviously maybe why they were so noisy but not really the restaurants fault. Although I would suggest not sitting a couple by a group like that. We love ordering the calamari, steak endless buffet salad and blueberry cobbler was perfect on that rainy day! Service was great. Did not have to wait for water/ drink refills. If you are not staying at the hotel totally fine too. You can still valet your car for convenience. Will definitely come back !“
