“Thank you Tacos & Cemitas El Ranas. We’ve been on the lookout for a good Mexican food truck, and alas we found our spot! The vegetarian torta was delicious and no skimping on the avocado and garnishes. Generous portions, rice and beans had a homemade taste, and the salsa was fantastic!

“my friend and I are monthly regulars at Jose's . we have been at the baraboo location 3 times in the last week however the service hasn't been the greatest . the manager Saturday accommodated us with dessert for cold food . today I asked for a manager for a dirty plate with food on it . he asked me what I wanted done about it? wasn't happy when I asked for a new one . the next plate that came out had food on the bottom of the plate . our server was rude when she brought out the replacement . she told us Saturday that her English was poor which is fine but needed to keep sending other servers to our table . I love coming to the restaurant but when service is starting to go down hill and the servers are starting to be rude not the atmosphere it once was .“

“Great local Mexican restaurant! Amazing service from the waiter, and the food was good. I had shrimp fajitas (pictured) and my husband had the No.1 Combo Plate. It included a taco, enchiladas, chile relleno, and a tamale. He finished his plate before I was able to even get through half of mine.“

“The food was decent, the staff tried to rush us out, constantly asking if we were done when we were talking and enjoying drinks. And then it really went downhill when we saw cockroaches crawling on the wall and upon closer inspection we saw a lot more. I will never go back here, I am so disgusted that I want to throw up.“

“This is my mom's go-to spot for the slot machines. I usually drive her and watch her play for an hour or two. I'm not much of a player so I'll sit back, drink a beer and eat sometimes. The waitress is always busy but will come over as soon as she has a chance to offer a drink. Good service. I've ate here about two times and both times I had no issue with the food. Good, unique and Mexican taste.“

“This place is a hidden gem in Ontario. They provide red salsa and bean dip when you sit down and the red sauce is very flavorful. It has chunks of onion and cilantro in it. I ordered the cheese and onion enchiladas which were very very cheesy and delicious. Even the rice and beans were spot on with their texture and flavor.
My only complaint is that it was a bit warm inside the restaurant at 6pm but it is 98deg outside. I was motivated to not sit and stay too long because of that but I paid $13 with a tea and the flavor was spot on.“
