Baskin-Robbins offers an amazing service experience. One customer had a 20/10 experience with a sweet and kind employee who provided a blended coffee with a decent amount of toppings. Another customer had a hiccup with an online order, but an employee went above and beyond to help correct the problem, calling them 30 minutes later. This location is a smaller, drive-up brick and mortar place in Garden City. It is interesting to see this new, smaller model, though business may be slow in the winter.
