“Stopped by this Culver's location with a group of twenty-four friends on the way from Salt Lake City Airport to Yellowstone National Park for a ten day long trip. As with every Culver's location I've been too (lots of family in the Wisconsin and Illinois area) the staff was friendly, the orders quick and accurate, the food good, and the dining room was immaculate from one side to the other. Wish they would expand to my hometown of Philadelphia - the local Wendys and McDonalds could use some competition.“

“We stayed a night in Idaho Falls over the summer and after doing restaurant research, Scotty’s was the one place that caught my eye so I decided to come by.

Came on a Saturday at around 6:30 PM and they weren’t very busy. The lady who took my order was very nice.

I got a double cheeseburger with a side of fries as my meal (with ketchup and ranch on the side). Overall, everything was fantastic! The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy, and flavorful, and the fresh cut fries were fried to perfection and seasoned well.

Overall, a classic historic drive-in in Idaho Falls. If you’re in town, it’s definitely worth a stop! I’ll be back.“

“Love this place. Before I moved here, prior residence, was looking for a good burger place to have lunch with my work buddies as a goodbye meal. This was in TX! My brother in law took me here for me and my wifes first visit from them. Blown away they had one here so close. The fry thing was fun in TX but to see what farm they come from at there place...how cool! Great place, great service, great food! Employees are upbeat and fun!“

“It's Wendy's the food is the same at all of them. We stop in on our way to a concert and the guy up front would tell the rest of the crew how many people walked in and they acted a little upset that they were going to have to do something. We will probably choose a different place to go the next we are in the area.“

“I recently swung by the drive-thru and was greeted by a team of smiling faces that instantly brightened my day! My order was almost perfect, but I noticed I was short one Egg McMuffin. No biggie—I headed inside to sort it out.

The moment I walked in, the positive vibes were contagious! The staff was joking around and having a great time. They quickly apologized for the mistake and, to my surprise, offered me a FREE caramel frappe. Talk about turning a small mishap into a delightful experience!

Kudos to the team for their awesome customer service and creating such a happy environment. I'll definitely be back for more of those good vibes (and maybe another caramel frappe)!“

“Wow!! The customer service was amazing! They forgot our cheese curds on our big order, so I decided to call them and ask how we could resolve the matter. Not only did they happily tell me to come back and pick up our cheese curds, but they upgraded our cheese curds for free!

We also came right before the closed, and Jamie and Naomi were very happy to serve us and they even gave us free ice cream!“

“Went through the drive through tonight, ordered food for the kids, wife and I. Wanted to try their new golden sauce they said that they were out of the cups, but could give me a side to try it out. Tony the assistant manager was nothing but absolutely awesome. I haven’t seen that good of customer service in a long time ! As well as the gentleman in the purple shirt, (I didn’t catch his name) asked me how my night was going and wished me a good afternoon with a huge smile on his face. Bravo to this team ! They both need a raise !“

“I’m not a big review guy unless it’s truly deserved. I want to make sure and give Peyton the credit he deserves. You don’t expect above and beyond service from any restaurant that is closing. Peyton was super cheerful and had a great attitude and answered my dumb questions about their new shake. He was hustling when I arrived, took my order, and got right back to it while I waited. He noticed I waited a tad bit longer than normal and went out of his way to make me a complimentary shake and sauces on the house. In a world where every cup of ranch cost $20 mentioned it was their way of making up for the wait. It was a genuine and pleasantly surprising experience. Shout out to Peyton at Jack in the Box. Give that man a raise.“

“I went through the drive through and there was some miscommunication during the order so when I came back a few minutes later Sebastian took great care of me. Was VERY polite, so friendly and took care of the issue efficiently, and professionally. Very happy with the overall service. Sebastian should be a trainer for how all Carl’s Jr employees should greet/treat customers.“
