“The young man's name was Landon that really screwed up my order with zero reason whatsoever given that I was the only customer that he had to take care of whenever I got there ,.. But his supervisor Mr Rico was more than adequate at offsetting for the lack of attention to detail when it came to a food allergy. The Remake was made right there in front of me with absolute perfection, and the level of communication empathy and respect given was enough for me to stop and say okay they messed up and they messed up really bad but they were also willing to do whatever it took to make it right... So out of acknowledgment of that respect I am letting everyone know that as long as you do not allow Landon to take your order or to be anywhere near your food, you should be just fine 😁🗺️

“First time visiting this location and had a really positive experience. I ordered the the #1 as an unwich and told them I didn't want the shredded lettuce since the sandwich is wrapped in lettuce to begin with. Me and my husband's food was made promptly and made with care. Before I could even grab my sandwich from the bag one of the employees told me that their coworker accidental added the shredded lettuce to the sandwich and that they are remaking the sandwich. I am impressed that they caught that mistake before I even knew about it. I appreciate the attentiveness of Nick and Tyler.

I cannot say enough great things about Andrew, the manager at Jimmy John’s on Orchard Road in Aurora, Illinois. He went completely above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore.

After our Uber Eats order didn’t make it to us (as usual, drivers struggle to find our house), Andrew took it upon himself to personally make a fresh sandwich and drive it from Aurora to North Aurora—in the pouring rain—just to make sure we got what we ordered. That level of care, responsibility, and dedication is truly incredible.

Not only is he an outstanding manager, but he’s also a genuinely great human being. He handled everything without hesitation, without complaints, and with a great attitude the entire time.

People like Andrew are rare, and Jimmy John’s is lucky to have him. Huge respect and appreciation for everything he does!“

“Previous review Dimitra I went to Jimmy John’s store to buy a sandwich and I seen a couple getting mad about a refund and a sandwich the lady only asked for a sandwich not a combo and mostly you need to ask if you want your sandwich as a combo and they where complaining for a $2 tip we all know tips are not refundable she gave the option to tip it’s not their fault,every store knows that, for people who eats Jimmy John’s always ask for a combo(optional) and the workers handled the situation great service it’s just the grumpy customers leaving a bad review.
