“I recommend this coffee shop because the beverages are delicious and the staff is amazing. we are treated so very kind and one day as we walked up to the open door and outside table, a staff member was already bringing our coffee to us!!! This is our favorite shop. When we are out of town, I can't seem to find a coffee shop as fantastic as Tazza!!“

“It's a great bean of brand of coffee. People say that China doesn't like the brand. That it's losing value. Can't see why. Reason is the coffee is being poured to full the some new comers cups. Which there no room from cream and sugar. Restrooms beening clean and there no usage in one. A third party restroom can come. It might get mini refrigerator display on there warm food. Placed in a display jar, as the bread, anyway thank you, Starbucks staff, mangers, and health department.“

“Food was fine. Atmosphere was basic. Place kind of small. No customers other than drive-thru. We had to wait for service a little. Understandable being that there were only 2 ppl working. They were hustling with drive-thru. Once they got to us, they were very polite and apologetic.“

The customer service here is just as disappointing as the location on Jefferson, I would love to speak with someone that honestly cares about their business I have contacted corporate asked to speak with a district manager, store manager, with no contact information and no call back in return, for the prices I pay for coffee 12$ every visit you would think someone, anyone cared!!!! I hate it here!“

“I don’t usually go to this Starbucks often but I had just went there today and the food and drink I received was amazing and the customer service was some of the best service I’ve received. Especially the lady at the window, I think her name was Julia(sorry if I got the name wrong). She was incredibly nice and was genuinely very helpful . “I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“

“Aaliyah was so beyond helpful with suggesting an alternative to the medicine ball drink since they are out of the tea to make it today. My boyfriend has a sore throat and she went out of her way to suggest a few things that would make him feel better. Thank you again for being so wonderful!“
