“Four cars were in the drive-up, so we went inside to get the Halloween Munchkins Bucket on Sunday. Two people were in line. Only one young girl (Gracie) was working, but she was efficiently going back and forth between waiting on the drive-thru and the inside customers with a great attitude, no less. She apologized and said getting our bucket might take a few minutes because she was the only one working. We had no problem waiting and understood her situation. But we got the bucket quickly because she was very organized. She deserves a raise or bonus for doing that all on her own. Where was the manager? Poor girl should not have had to manage that all on her own.“

“I understand times are hard to get people to work. The ladies who help me smile, working under pressure and try. I give them credit. a lot of crabby people before coffee. You can't be mad drive thru packed...great location on your way to work or travels. If you never worked in a fast food place or with public...it's not easy!! thank you DD for working with a smile!🙂“

“I order every morning before work, so before 7am. I’ve only had great service, the staff are so friendly, orders are always correct snd 99% of the time it’s a good coffee day ! which is better than any other dunkin i’ve gone to where it’s basically 50/50 chance of good coffee lol. but they are amazing and even if they’re out of an item they offer something else and it’s just impossible to be even a little upset. Every other dunkin needs to learn from this one.“

“I love getting my morning coffee from Elder + Oat a few times a week. It is a little bit of a haul from my house but totally worth it. Have usually get their monthly seasonal cold brew I have never disliked it. Nicole is the sweetest barista! I highly recommend this cute coffee shop!“

“Everyday when going to work, I pass by 2 other Dunkin' and I drive a couple minutes out of my way (passing my turn for work) just to go to this location. The staff is always amazing, the coffee is always great, my order is always right. This is my favorite Dunkin' by far!“

“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall road is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my dogs and she absolutely loved Clark 💕 they each got a lil vanilla munchkin and she even gave them treats to go! Definitely made my morning a little bit better. I’m really big on customer service, and she was the sweetest. Will definitely be coming back with the boys to see her again🥰. “I stop at this location often in the early evening on my way to a second job to get a pick-me-up drink. Every time I go through the drive-thru, the young lady taking my order is so friendly and helpful. There is another young lady who always hands me my drink who is also just so friendly. It's positive and kind employees like these two young ladies that will make someone's day! :)“
