“The way fast food restaurant service works today. It is very rare to have a great experience. But at Hardee’s today, the experience was amazing. The lady who took my order was very effective and understood exactly what I needed. The food was ready immediately when I got to the pick up window and payment was prompt. The whole experience took about three minutes which again in today’s market is amazing. My biscuits and hashbrowns were delicious and everything was cooked perfectly.“

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. Not at all that I feel like a customer buying a consumer product thank you Malik and family one of the things me and my fiancée was worried was eating since we are away from home for at least 30 days. “It's a Taco Bell.... but, for a Taco Bell, it's typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you'll get the wrong item or a topping you didn't want or ask for..... but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. Thank goodness yes still things n money in it and Christian was a name I wouldn't forget that day kept it safe til I got there. Thanks Christian!!! Sincerely Lady in uhual headed to Kansas“

“First walk in place was very clean and tidy. Also cashier was ready to take our order. Spoke clearly and recited who order back to me. Food took no more than 10 min with no issues and fresh. Ordered alot of dressings and didnt forget a single one. Highly recommended“

“It was great! I used the walk up window. You could tell that they took pride in the place. It was smaller than the one in Owensboro, KY, but the food was better than I expected. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 for the atmosphere was because of the weather; it was a little bit cold, and the fact that the window was too small for the wonderful team member to work through.“

“I grew up on white castles it was right down the street from my home at 5210 Wells. The white castles was on the corner of Wells and Kings highway.I lived there from the age of 8-17 but my parents lived there longer. I can remember watching the ladies put the onion on the grill and then the patties on top then the bread and then watch them box them. I always said when I grow up I am going to work white castles and believe it are not I did. WoW how times have changed. I will ALWAYS LOVE WHITE CASTLES ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😋😋🫡. All this was St.Louis MO. Now that I live in Texas I only have the pleasure of frozen but I'm grateful for that .You have to let the frozen ones thaw out then punch two toothpicks holes and microwave for ten to twelve seconds and then there I am back down memory lane.😋😀♥️‼️“

“We just went through the drive-thru, but White Castle food is always as good as expected. The service was friendly, but it took a very long time for us to get our order. I think we waited up to 25 minutes and we were only 4th in line at the time. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for your buck. “It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

Guess what Y'awl? It was Good! I mean, really so Good! Crunchy, spiced just right! And I knew which part of the chicken each piece was..Whoever cooked that chicken, knows exactly what they are doing..The line was long too, Grade, A+“

“The steak bagel was ok. Too much sauce and bagel was not toasted enough. I thought the lady who handed out the order was not strong in customer service and there should not be a manager.

“It was 1 am.. we were singing down the highway and decided to stop at this W.C. There were no cars ahead of us so our order was taken quickly and the woman at the window was courteous.
