“Ever since new ownership the food quality has gone down hill. Ordered a kids Mac & cheese and what was delivered was kraft out of the box. Not what you expect from a nice restaurant. The chicken sandwich was one small chicken finger. We go there about 2 times a month but it was with the old owner. Also saw bioengineer food packaging on the Oster crackers (sysco food product). I know it's hard to find food not made with chemicals but we try and best to not eat it. The service there is great though!! Best service ever!!!“

“During my recent visit to B&B Restaurant in Grayslake, I decided to order the Italian beef, a dish I usually can’t get enough of. Unfortunately, this time, the meat was overcooked, which was a bit of a letdown for my taste buds. I specifically asked for it “really dipped” (swimming in the juice), or alternatively, with two extra juices on the side along with sweet and hot peppers. The price was reasonable, falling within the average range you’d expect for such a meal.On a brighter note, the restaurant’s interior boasts a pretty nice modern finish, and it’s kept very clean. The staff and service were very polite and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Despite the hiccup with the main course, I’m intrigued by the lunch menu and would like to come back to try different options, hoping for a more satisfying culinary experience next time.“

“This place is a staple of Antioch and has been around for many, many years. Family owned and operated. You can always count on great service and great food! I recommend the two hot dogs special and hold the ketchup for crying out loud! This is Chicago! Lunch time can get pretty busy and so can dinner. It's not uncommon to find a packed parking lot and a line from the counter to the door.“
