“Tonite I ordered 2 meals for delivery. The guy who took the order was in a hurry in taking the order & didn’t know the menu very well. I ordered a chicken in Chinese vegetables, combo platter, and a Mei Fun House Special. He questioned what the house special was. I already knew this wasn’t going to go well. He didn’t speak clear English to take orders. My order comes & as I sit down to eat my order of the Mei fun wasn’t that at all. It was in a small carton, Lo Mein noodles in a gravy for $10. I called to complain & he told me I could return it. I am a handicapped individual, that is why I called for delivery. They need to train this individual how to take orders & better handle customer service. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card, very disappointed. Some advice, they have an American guy doing deliveries,,maybe they should consider having him taking orders & the guy currently taking calls to the deliveries.“

“I'm sorry to see that some people had very bad experiences. I've never had an issue with this place, but I always order for pickup. The food is always enjoyable. The fried chicken wings are great. The online ordering system is very easy.“

“Usually wing china is great, last week I ordered generals chicken. The chicken was like plastic and was not what I expected from them. Threw it away because it did not look like chicken.“
