“First time here and so glad I gave this place a try. One of the most delicious bagels I have ever had. Prompt service even though they were very busy. Very cute decor inside. I will definitely pay another visit and try one of their coffees. I’m not really into desserts so I can’t rate their desserts but you can if you pay them a visit .“

Cake was okay and tasted better after it got to room temp - tried a couple bites right after buying it and I did not enjoy it at first. “Today, 20 Sep my daughter brought home a dozen chocolate donuts. I was shocked when I opened the box. Apparently your bakery is downsizing the donuts. Much smaller and worse of all , what happened to the chocolate coating on the donuts. Did you run out? They use to be smothered with chocolate. Very disappointed.“

“Cute, small bakery with a lot of different Mexican breads and pastries. When you go in, you grab a tray and a prong to grab the items you want. They also have more cookies and hot Churros at the register. The strawberry churro was amazing. The prices are very reasonable. I really enjoyed the savory cheese and jalapeno bread and the strawberry jam filled pastry.“

We asked for cannoli filling on the bottom layer and she offered Dubai pistachio on the top layer and the cake was delicious! They were great with communication when other bakeries failed to do so. “Crystal made us an "Enterprise" cake for our 20th anniversary. It was gorgeous, and we all agreed it was the best cake we had ever tasted. Moist, fluffy, tempting aroma, delicious buttercream. There were fewer people at the party than expected, so we put some leftovers out for the people in our building. I forgot to photograph it but this was the design. The actual cake was much prettier“

“Let me start off by saying, I rock with this place!! I’ve been going for years since the smaller location. The customer service on this experience was HORRIBLE!! I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“
