“I had the Beautiful Disaster for the Sunday Brunch. I also took home a full slab of Ribs and their homemade sauce. All of it was outstanding. The French Toast with Bacon at the bottom of the Disaster was amazing. The Ribs and sauce were out of this world. I will be back!!!“

“Stopped in yesterday for a late lunch. Small, charming, everything you want a little local spot to be. Welcoming, very nice. Sadly out of brisket at the time (honestly a good sign of really good brisket if they were sold out by 2pm) but he recommended the turkey sandwich.

I've had good smoked turkey before. But I have never had a smoked turkey sandwich this good. Flavor was absolutely on point, texture was tender and juicy. Best turkey I've had in my entire life and I've had some pretty good turkey. Fries were seasoned and fried to perfection. The white sauce was a great complement to the fries and worked well with the sandwich - didn't overpower the turkey flavor but honestly I ate most of the sandwich without sauce, it was that good.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates smoked meat.“

The pulled pork is great.
I love the garlic bread wiith there home BBQ sauce on it.
They use teal.oak wood for the pit to smoke the meat.
I have been going there for 15 years or 16 yesrs, always happy there.
Looks great on the outside and lots of kool antiques decorating the inside.
Go try it, you will love it.

“I had the pleasure of trying the burger, sausage, broccoli salad, fries, banana pudding, Mac and queso, and sticky pork belly—and let me tell you, every single bite was an absolute delight.

The sticky pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the sausage link was perfectly juicy and bursting with flavor. The fries were golden, crispy, and even better when paired with the tangy Texas Red and Carolina Gold sauces.

The burger and the sausage link, though, were the (tied) stars of the show. Both choices are simple and very reasonably priced. The burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. Each bite was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and incredibly satisfying. The sausage link was made with a perfectly balanced blend of ingredients that made it impossible to put down.

The Mac and queso was a standout as well—completely unique and absolutely next-level. It’s not your traditional mac n’ cheese; it’s a bold, creamy creation that left me wanting more. The broccoli salad was a refreshing surprise, with a perfectly balanced tanginess and flavor that was, quite literally, DILL-icious!

I finished off the meal with their banana pudding, which was the perfect way to end such a feast. Light, airy, and just sweet enough, it was like a cloud of dessert heaven.

I was on my way to church and the Devil really used this guy to try disturbing my spirit. He was being very condescending. I almost canceled my order and wanted to not get the food. Pictured here is a Pimento Cheese Sausage Link ($8 and a style I've never tasted before 5/5), half a pound of Brisket ($17, probably one of the best I've had 5/5), both come with a side of onions and pickles, and ordered sides of Coleslaw ($4, dry, not creamy 3/5) and Mac & Cheese ($6, which was average 2.5/5). Not a huge fan of how the BBQ sauce packets came, pictured here - opted for Hot Smoky and Smoky Barbecue Sauce. A bit pricey but was filling. Would like to try the Tri-Tip, Hot Link, and Chicken Wings next visit.

Atmosphere was good, seating comfortable and service good.

I had a great value....8 oz Renegrade Sirloin, loaded baked potato, and mixed green salad. And complimentary table bread.

Sure...Sirloin is not a top cut, but this was juicy, tasty, and quite satisfying. The surprise was that large, well prepared potato and large mixed salad...all included in the $19 price.

For those preferring a smaller portion, you can choose the 6 oz option, plus all the above extras.....FOR $16.

“Rib tips were awesome and so was the catfish steak. I'm glad I found a real bbq joint with good food and not all the frills. I've been missing this since living in Atlanta. They only have sides (vegetables) on Friday and Saturday but they still get a five star from me!“
