“I hadn’t been here in a while but after our most recent experience I’ll be going more often. Went for our anniversary dinner. Booked reservations thru Open Table, arrived early and got seated right away in a cozy booth in the bar. There was a card and Anniversary placard waiting for us on the table. We were offered complimentary champagne to toast right away which was delicious. Our server Susan was outstanding and all the food was exceptional. We split a wine flight - loved them all! The pacing was terrific we didn’t have to wait long for anything but we never felt rushed. We went all out for the special occasion with soup, a starter, entrees, sides and desserts but would choose more affordable happy hour options to go more frequently. The menu changes four times a year (with the seasons) and all the calorie counts are kept low for the entrees which I love.“

“My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!“

“One of the best burgers I have had in the area, perfectly cooked, soaking wet, and full of flavor. Good prices and great atmosphere if you sit outside, although the interior is very load and feels like a sports-bar, which I’m pretty sure is the intention.“

“I hired The Hungry Mule in Lake Zurich to cater a luncheon for about 65 people. The owner and staff were easy to work with. Very accommodating. “We picked Maevery last minute for our son's navy graduation dinner and it didn't dissapoint. They accommodated a last minute reservation and put us in a corner great table for easy catching up. Service was great (which we didn't experience in multiple fine dining restaurants downtown) and food was yummy and a good selection. .. they had awesome recommendations and treated us wonderfully! Didn't rush us and from 5-6pm we nearly had the place to ourselves before the dinner rush! Highly recommended by this out of town visiting family! We choose Coopers Hawk not only for their great drinks, food preparation and portions, but also because they have substantial Gluten-Free options and dedicated fryers so everyone can enjoy. They take allergy consciousness seriously. While Kyle our server was prompt, courteous, and engaging I have to say the entire staff gave us a feeling they truly appreciated our choice dining with them. Everyone we spoke with or even passed in the hallway smiled and made eye contact. The Pretzel bread (including Gluten-Free bread) along with appetizers (Calamari & Brussel Sprouts) were the perfect size for our party of five(5) to share. We enjoyed a variety of dishes (Chicken, Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chops, Spaghetti w/Meatballs, Gnocchi Alla Vodka, and Salad w/Chicken & Avocado), all delicious. I called and the owner answered, I explained i didn't have a car at the moment and he personally delivered the order himself. “The atmosphere at the English Room in Lake Forest is very nice calm, classic, and a beautiful setting. The drink presentation was gorgeous. But the food itself was just okay, nothing special. I went to see what the hype was about, but overall I wasn’t very impressed.“

“I am so grateful for such great service here! I have my go-to’s but I’ve gotten to try sandwiches, soup, pasta, salads, cookies, and everything has always been super tasty! Because of that, I have started getting food to-go from here whenever I can. Be it through DD or in person ordering, they get it right EVERY time which sadly can’t be said very often anymore. “It was your typical restaurant/bar in a hotel. Not a lot of customers were there at 5:45. The burgers were very good as well as the fish and chips. But my friend had to send back her chicken sandwich- she said it had no taste and chewed like rubber.“

We had so many complements on the venue about how fun and intimate it felt and was just an amazing atmosphere to celebrate in! I’m also going to give a lot of credit to the wonderful staff! Everyone loved the bartenders. The event coordinator (Kristen) couldn’t be better at her job!! From the time we booked to when we walked out the door at the end of the night, she was there and helping! She couldn’t have made it easier for us to enjoy the night. This is an amazing venue for any event, but highly recommend for a wedding if you’re looking for something more laid back but still beautiful and practical. Everyone loved the food and said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to! We had so much fun and wouldn’t change a thing!“
