The service is warm, attentive, and they make you feel welcome like you’re part of the family. Very gezellig! The coquito was a delicious indulgence (I’ll be dreaming about it tonight); the pumpkin burnt basque cheesecake a delicious indulgence; the mole rosa, guacamole, wings, and the quesaditzin were all excellent.“

“Ok first of all, we showed up on NFL Draft night at 7pm and it was PACKED. Someone at door greeting every customer, amazing. Got us a table upstairs, second person seating tables upstairs, amazing. Waitress had us drinks within 5 minutes, amazing. We were Leary of the food quality with how busy it was, they had to be serving 200+ people. Welp, all the food was AWESOME. We had boneless wings, carne asada sandwich, turkey sandwhich and nacho bites. All were well above average. Waffle fries top notch. Atmosphere is lively, tons of TVs with audio, lots of seating options. Highly recommend.“

“Great bar with cool atmosphere and drinks. Dark Shadows was playing on the tv. The Electric Funeral cocktail is very tropical but I can’t wait to have the drink in the viper snake glass. Not sure but I think you can buy the glass. Bridgeport favorite Old Style and Malort has its own electric sign. It’s small and gets very crowded on the weekends but Thursday night was very chill so this will be my go to after eating at the Ramova during the week.“

“We are from Canada exploring Chicago for the first time. Tony gave us some of the best service I've had in a long time. Not only did they account for multiple allergies at the table, but was extremely personable and just a pleaure to have as our server. Side note.....food was also great. I was deeply touched that she carried my luggage out because the bellman was away briefly. “I attended Davern’s Tavern and Lounge over the weekend for a benefit. Wow!! If you’re looking for a place to hold a benefit, this is it! The outside grounds were very nice and spacious. The bartender and all the workers were so friendly and
helpful. Joe the owner, especially stood out. His love for Byron and this wonderful family was so evident. He was funny and held the guests attention, raising as much as much money as possible for them. He was more than just the owner of the bar, he genuinely cared about this benefit and everyone felt it.“

“Very clean bar. Italian beef sandwich and Sicilian pizza was delicious. Bar staff seems to be very friendly. There is quite a lack of parking at this facility. There was only three people in the bar. Went on a Monday before 4th of July 2024.

I did hear they have karaoke on the weekend so hopefully I'll be able to check that out very soon.

If you have an opportunity I would definitely check out Cuzin's.“

“Had the Marley with chicken instead of a burger with provolone and the Korean bbq sauce and oh man…. So good; I can’t wait to try more things out! Pretty chill atmosphere too, looking forward to checking out the patio in the warmer weather. Highly recommended and I’ll be going back and back and back again.“
