“Maan this was a great find. I'm the East Coast and worked in New York City for years where halal and halal food trucks are really popular and this is tastes like some of the spots out there. Ive tried a handful of spots even in the city and this is by far the best. Falafels were perfectly crispy and flavored too. I'll be coming back for sure“

“Ordered the chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint!! It was crispy and well seasoned and served on a perfect brioche bun… Coleslaw was great and the potato salads (both classic & mustard) were on point… loved the 24k side sauce too! So delicious! Definitely coming back and looking forward to trying the mac-n-cheese next time!“

“I celebrated my 20th birthday dinner on Wednesday, July 23rd, and it was absolutely perfect! From the food to the service, everything was spot on. Our server, Adnan, went above and beyond to make the night memorable. He was attentive, kind, and made sure we felt special the entire evening. Couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate this milestone! Totally recommend!!!“

“Their service and staff are great! The wings are amazing, juicy and delicious! The atmosphere a vibe! My first time trying the wings love the combo deals. I had the Wings with Spicy Teriyaki and Lemon pepper fries. Churros made fresh, paired well with the Nutella dip. Overall great vibe, great food, service and price! This place is worth it and definitely a Chicago Best wing spot in my opinion! I will be back to taste the other flavors.“

“We ordered my wedding cake from here, a specialty made multi-tiered baklava cheesecake - a truly stunning piece of art while tasting absolutely heavenly. It was the perfect end to a perfect night. We received multiple compliments from guests raving about how delicious the cake was. The owner is also a joy to work with. Can't recommend enough!!“

“This is a big five-shawarma platter that can feed up to five or even six people, depending on how hungry you are. It was absolutely worth the money! The restaurant is really good and offers amazing service. Highly recommended. The restaurant did not disappoint, and the quality of the meat and service was excellent. “I was a little hesitant about ordering a vegan sandwich here because I’m not vegan so ordered the egg sandwich with sriracha bacon. My friend ordered the vegan so I could have a taste. The sandwich arrived on a large baguette which they bake fresh daily, actually all their bread is freshly baked. It was amazing and the egg was perfectly cooked. The sriracha bacon gave the sandwich a slight kick and so tasty. I took a bite of a half of the vegan sandwich and just froze. I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. The sandwich is made on fresh toasted rye bread. I ended up devouring the whole half and had to finish my egg sandwich because I couldn’t put it down. Then I went for the hat trick. A vegan ice cream sandwich, vegan peanut butter ice cream between two rich vegan chocolate cookies. The best part is you can’t beat the price. It’s a casual place with a take out window due to COVID. I believe they may be back to indoor dining when the weather changes. However, they do have nice outdoor tables to sit at and enjoy. But if you are ever in Logan Square , be sure to check it out. They have amazing home baked pastries, cookies, and do much more. Even better, the staff at the window are fun, energetic and friendly. Be sure to ask them for recommendations. They are extremely helpful.“

“I have been waiting YEARS to come back to IDOF after they closed the one by me. Finally, I was able to make my return! I got a gyro plate and I think I over sauced myself because when I mixed everything together, the sauce overpowered and also made the meat get cold quicker. The only other reason I give 4 stars is because I was in line for 30 minutes… I’ll be back and hopefully raising my rating to 5 stars“

“This was my first time having a gyro, my son’s as well. It was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The guy who made our food was so kind. I asked him to make mine the way he likes his because I had no idea what to order! Awesome vibe dining in! I’ll probably never be back in Chicago but I’m so glad I stopped here on our first night of vacation!“
