“On my visit 9/6/25, to my surprise, all eyes on me, despite the ebb n flow disapproved feeling from neighboring Wendy's personnel, moments prior, the service here was a refresher, leaving me satisfied, tho overly abundant, as my intent to nourish simply started as a baked potato but TB rec'd all that doe n then so bc the competition was ignant so it goes.“

Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “My husband and I went for dinner in restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef Sergio sent us a dessert he had created that day. I'm originally from Michoacán and these carnitas remind me of the taste from back home. I've had a couple different locations from Carnitas Uruapan and they've both been great.“

Everything was delicious from the Enchiladas, BirriaRamen, Quesadillas and so much more but what I loved the most was the Quesabirria con su Cozumel 😋! The owners and staff are wonderful. “Swung by Tacos Nietos for lunch and it was hittin'. Got 2 steak tacos, an al pastor taco, and a horchata. Steak was juicy, pastor had a nice kick, and the tortillas tasted fresh. Spot’s clean, staff was cool, but the wait was a little longer than expected for lunchtime. Still worth it though. Classic South Side taco joint vibe. I’ll be back for the burrito next time.“
