“I went in on 2/2/26. There was a minor hiccup (1st one since I've been ordering over MONTHS, so this doesn't happen often) with my order today but when I called the store Jade answered and she was very polite. She handled the manner effectively and professionally! I always have good experiences at this location. It always is clean as well. Jade and her team deserve lots of praise!“

Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “My husband and I went for dinner in restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef Sergio sent us a dessert he had created that day. “Instead of chips and salsa, they serve free chicharrones with a selection of salsa, which were quite unique. The taco was loaded with delicious carnitas. Their menudo was on the plain side but full of tripe. The cactus salad offered a unique texture and refreshing taste. Their corn tortillas also have a strong corn flavor. Overall, this place lives up to its hype. You could also specify which part of the pig you want your carnitas from.“

They serve some of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had. I’ve tried every single one, and they never disappoint. The shrimp tacos are my personal favorite — packed with flavor — but the tripe, salmon, and steak tacos are also incredibly tasty.

Their nachos are great as well, loaded and satisfying. And you can’t leave without getting one of their horchata drinks… so refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal.

I wasn’t very familiar with the different types of sauces and they offered me a sample of each to try in order to help me to decide which sauce to select for my meal. Everything came out fast, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. NOEL AND JOVANA were SUPERB! They showed us pictures of everything and explained all of the options and we really enjoyed the food. It was very good. “This place was so good! My boyfriend, baby, and I came here to dine in yesterday and the food was phenomenal. We were looking for queso barria tacos on google and they showed up. The server was awesome. They didn’t have a kids menu but I asked if they can do rice and eggs for the baby and they did just that he loved his meal as well! The cook even came to talk to us for a bit which I thought was pretty cool…very personalable! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your service 😁“

“Swung by Tacos Nietos for lunch and it was hittin'. Got 2 steak tacos, an al pastor taco, and a horchata. Steak was juicy, pastor had a nice kick, and the tortillas tasted fresh.
