“My first time here. I had the chicken empanada and 2 of the corned beef roll and a large ube matcha latte. I asked them warm of these items for me since I was here during my lunch time. And the lady was so nice and was more than happy to heat them up. The empanada was the most perfect empanada I’ve had in a long time. The crust was o flaky and buttery! The corned beef roll was perfect, just enough filling. And of course the ube matcha latte was perfect. Ambiance is great! I highly recommend LASA! ❤️“

“This is a good breakfast spot I've been to 3 times now. I've had the eggs Benedict, burrito suizo, and healthy scrambler.
Only the eggs Benedict blew me away. The burrito looks delicious but is kinda bland. The scrambler was nothing better than what I could make at home.
My partner had oatmeal today and actually that was really good. She order crepes in the past that were good tasting too.
There are very few breakfast restaurants I feel are worth going to these days.“

“My kids love going to play cafes. We decided to come as a fun thing to do before school starts. my kids had a blast. So many fun little spaces, a lot of space, plenty of seating and clean. The food was excellent, my daughter had the cheese quesadilla and I.had the grilled chicken sandwich. (Chicken sandwich is one of the best I've ever had). I highly recommend and we will be back.“

“Dino's has become our after church Sunday morning breakfast spot. There is usually little to no wait despite how busy they are. The food is always excellent and the staff is always very friendly especially with the kids. Best breakfast spot around!“

“I stopped by the Glen Ellyn Metra train station for some coffee, and got a surprise. It was a real pleasure talking to Mary, who is not only selling great coffee and scones (more tasty and affordable than the chain stores), but working with other stakeholders in the space to keep the building clean while also maintaining a vegetable garden on the grounds surrounding the station. After talking with her, it's obvious to me that she is pursuing a labor of love, and she is a true inspiration. I can't think of a more pleasant way to board the train in the morning, or just hang out for a game of chess when things are quiet during the day. More towns should get creative like this and make these kinds of spaces more inspiring, rather than just a drab place to gather while in a rush to get somewhere else.“

“I tried Bettina's Tea Cold Brew at the Palos Heights Farmers' Market in 2022. Delicious and Refreshing. I was hooked. I had to replenish over the winter. I placed an order via her site. My order arrived in a timely manner and the product was fresh and included a sealed pouch ,so that I could store the opened loose leaf tea bag. Five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.“

“Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “
“Iris makes Tracy's a lot of fun! Great personality and always has the place looking sharp. An incident happened a couple of weeks ago and I felt so sorry and scared for her. An employee from the resturant next door...My Cocina, became very agitated and got right in her face and was yelling at her. I actually got scared and thought the police were going to be called. He was out of control. Iris handled the situation and he left. But she should not be harassed by this employee. He continues to come in and it is very uncomfortable for those of us that go to your gaming lounge.“
“First time here, we were warmly greeted and offered complimentary tea/coffee and cookies. Sat down and within 10 minutes, I had doubled my money! As far as I know, this location is open until 2am and perfect if you're on a date and not ready to go home, but want to go somewhere quiet and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and sit and chat. I had a very pleasant experience my first time here.“
“Nice little airport restaurant for a ligtht meal and a view of the aircraft. It's the only restaurant at the Dupage airport. Everything is like new. Staff is welcoming. Food is good. Open weekdays 9am to 2pm. Tables along the windows for viewing airport activities.“

“I call Stella's place my home away from home. The place is very inviting. I used to go to GVC but I like this better because there's only a few people playing and everyone is so friendly. Jonathan Is usually hosting when I go and he is the best. He is so friendly that the minute you walk in the door, he treats you like a long lost friend. He remembers what I drink and has it ready before I even say anything. If there are no machines available he offers to call Shelby's but usually I just wait around and visit til someone leaves. I've never met anyone like Jonathan, he loves his job so much and it shows.“
