“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. Thank goodness yes still things n money in it and Christian was a name I wouldn't forget that day kept it safe til I got there. Thanks Christian!!! Sincerely Lady in uhual headed to Kansas“

This is an amazing location! Kind of a hidden gem for travelers. Its really cozy and modern in here. Its kind of like going to a panera, but with the price and predictability of a mcdongles.

Convient on and off the highway too.

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

“We ordered our food over the phone to be picked up (carry out). When we got to the restaurant, we ordered wings. We put the order online just to get the wings for 50 cents a wing. They got our order completely right. They were friendly and gave us very good service. When we arrived back home, the food was hot and really good. We had no complaints because it was well prepared and fresh.

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“When I'm in town, I always make sure to stop for breakfast at Red Apple. No matter how long between visits, the employees all remember my regular, a giant Red Apple Omelet and wheat toast. They treat customers like family and are always welcoming“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“We visited the Shiloh location on Tuesday, November 19th after my brother-in-laws funeral. Our server was Shawndell! She was extremely efficient and courteous!! She went above and beyond and gave us the best service we have encountered in a very long time! I asked to speak to the manager to comment on our great service and the manager, I think her name was Angie, gave my sister sincere condolences and gave my sister her meal for free!
Shawndell also plated our leftovers for us and we each received a loaf of your delicious bread to take home with our leftovers! We feel they should both receive recognition for their caring and excellent service!“

“Went to the Troy IL location. Made it through the drive thru line pretty quick. Although the drive thru attendant is friendly, they need to give some attention to special requests. I usually I request no ice, because of sensitive teeth, my drink almost always has ice in it. Also, extremely sad that when you replace a small beverage for a coffee you pay more than $1 more. I'm pretty sure coffee costs more than soda.“

The Metro area of St Louis needs to offer more of a variety as created by the franchise chain. Other than that the service of the staff is ALWAYS on point. Courtesy is always on the menu“

“First time visiting a Freddy’s. Caught by surprise when I was greeted as I walked in. Patty melt was amazing. Double burger was good. Love the shoe string fries and onion rings. Hotdog was also good. Chicken fingers - wow! Peppermint Oreo shake was just right and the dirt and worms concrete was a solid. Would visit again given the opportunity. “My online order was not correct but once I stopped in and talked with the manager Mr Sean he delivered great customer service, he was patient, apologized and made sure my order was corrected. Because of his humanity I will visit this location again“

“We went in about 6pm on 3-10-25. We were greeted by an outgoing young woman who was beyond kind. Then, our order was taken by a young man who had to take over bc she had to leave...and even though the pressure was put onto him, he stayed calm and polite. He took our order and made sure we did not need anything else. His attitude was appreciated! After we ate, I went to fill my cup with Hi-C. It was out. I waited for staff to be done with an order and asked if he had some. The shift leader was prepared to help when the other man came back (from taking food outside to a customer) and told the shift leader that the Hi-C was gone. I asked if there was lemonade. The shift leader explained to me that it is hand-crafted lemonade and that there would be an upcharge. We had already eaten & paid so it would be an inconvenience to both myself and the staff to have to figure out how to pay for just the upcharge, so I said no thank you. The staff looked worried. I told them it was fine. I was not worried about it. As you can see, I didn't count off any points for that, because it simply wasn't an issue. The only reason the atmosphere was an issue is because there was some construction work that needed to be completed and the lobby was a little dirty. BUT the girl in the lobby doesn't deserve to be in trouble for it because she was cleaning as we left as well as had been doing other tasks when we were eating. Overall, I would give this visit 5 stars. Overall, I would give the staff 10-out-of-5 stars! The staff made the entire visit feel like we were in an upscale establishment. Those 3 workers (that were running the place with just the 3 of them!!) need a raise!!!!!
I had to share a nice review because most people only share the bad things that happen. Please pass this on to whoever it needs to go to in order to let those 3 know they are doing an incredible job!!!
