“I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.“

“Firehouse old fashioned was delicious- highly recommend (I usually drink a sweet wine but this was so good!!). I had the smoked brisket ponyshoe. It was tender, savory and just delicious 😋. It was busy so it seemed like we had to ask fir things and a person with us asked fir a different drink and it was never brought. We realized she was never bringing it when she asked hiw we wanted our checks.“

Even though I’m not a wine drinker, she took the time to explain the wines and menu in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming. Her recommendations were spot-on and really helped make the whole experience top-notch. If you’re in the area, I can’t recommend this place enough.
