“Atmosphere???- I dine out every time. I would like to say though it is hard to get in contact with your Chatham location, the phone number will either say disconnected or route you to an automated system and let me tell you that system today was bogus I kept pushing 2 then 4 per prompt instructions however it just kept repeating the prompt options after each time I selected 4......... can you please fix that.... The whole reason I was trying to call was because I used the app to order my food and was waiting on my order number to come up and the pickup time but it never appeared so my co-worker went to go get it and it was ready so it would be super helpful if the App would work properly too. 15 in after my food has been picked up it is still showing that I am holding for an order number.....just saying most of us wait for that order number to appear and a pick up time before leaving............outside of that all is good..... it isnt your people that is the problem it is your apps and phone.

“I go there at least once a week and get a turkey bacon ranch on sweet bread . That man behind the counter gets an A plus for knowing how to make the best sub ever I could eat it everyday Never skimps on anything puts the other sub shops to shame in this area Thanks Monty’s keep up the great work young man“

“My first time ordering from this establishment was nothing short of spectacular. The shop was so clean, and tastefully designed, the staff was all super friendly, and the subs, though they appear a little smaller than other competitors, and a bit more expensive were totally worth it. The bread, meat, and toppings were all super fresh tasting, and the staff works quickly, but still takes their time in making the sandwiches well. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town shopping, because unfortunately, my hometown doesn't have a JM location.“

“The only place in town to get the best Philly cheese steak, or a chicken Philly, or a bunch of other good sandwiches. Come check the menu out.

All the bread gets toasted. All the deli meats can be cooked on the grill or you can have them as cold cut. The steak and the chicken gets cooked on the grill though.

“I come here often for lunch and I am always impressed by how efficient this location is. I can't shout out one staff member because ALL of them are very polite and professional no matter what time I come in. This is my favorite Subway location in town!“

“This isn't your typical campus sandwich shop; The owners also make up the staff here and they are friendly, efficient, and professional. Both times ordering here, the food came quickly and tasted great. In general, I get the impression that they run a tight ship here and the whole experience is just better and quicker than what I get at Subway. They advised me to download the app, which I did, and it works great; you can order ahead and you get a few rewards for signing up. Breakfast and a variety of drinks, including coffee, are offered here, and there is ample seating both indoor and out. It's really nice to have this on-campus.

“We love going to the Quiznos-Lawrence location. Every time we go, we try a new sammy from the menu, and we have yet to find a menu item that we haven’t loved.❤️ But the food isn’t the only reason we go to this store every time we are in Springfield… we go because the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the shop is pristine in terms of cleanliness. My son always snags a cookie (and so does his father😉). Josh (the manager) runs a tight ship, and his guests LOVE him. “I stopped in today with my daughter. It has been many years since we've dined at this location due to it being out of the way.The employees were great! I encourage my 9 year old to order her food for social practice. The 2 working today were very friendly and helpful.Once one of them heard she had a leopard gecko for a pet, the stories and pet pictures came out. When we left, she asked, "Can we come here again? That guy was really nice!"Great job!
