“Being from the suburbs traveling downtown can be an experience. This particular experience made our day. Moving our daughter into DePaul we came upon the owner of Red Light chicken who gave us a few pointers in parking near his establishment, after taking the time to help us find a spot he happily welcomed us with a free chicken sandwich which I’m happy to report was delicious. It was nice meeting you tonight and I’ll be certainly stopping by again - Fries are a game changer to!!!“

“A young lady named Samantha (POSC) was very welcoming, courteous, and patient. She had a smile at all times.I have a stomach condition and she offered alternatives which helped me feel understood. “Grilled chicken happens daily. The salsa you get with it is freshly made and it's very tasty. It can vary based on who makes it for the day or week. I will say get extra pita bread because I always have left overs when getting half a chicken. Also very affordable“

“I think this might be my first review ever, and if it isn't then it's the only one I remember making the effort to do...
I visited Chicago for about a week and tried plenty of restaurants in that time - from carts to michelin starred. I have to say that in my entire stay, the Art of Chicken takes the prize for my favorite meal.
They absolutely killed the pulled chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese (be sure to add their sauce to it)!!
While I was the only guest at the time, Mr. Christian behind the register made the effort to strike up convo and ensure that the hospitality was the icing on the cake.
I can't wait to visit again 🍻“

“Great atomosphere cool concept like how they call out the alcohol and food orders when Ready. The pimento Mac was great flavor, as was the mashed and gravy. Very unique to have boneless breast thighs wing and leg portions battered and fried. Was very good. I just think the sauces were way to pricey at $1.45 a sauce wow even 99 cents seems a lot but would feel better lol. At least give one with the order or reduce the sauce price. But overall they need to spread this concept into more areas for sure out side like in the suburbs“
