“Its Harold's chicken so you know it's good.. it's not the best Harold's bit it's definitely in the top 5.. the restaurant is clean..the parking lot is a little crowded because it's a few different businesses sharing one parking lot..
The major problem is a few (not all) of the staff members..there's a younger young lady working there (she might be in her upper teens or maybe early 20's) her customer service is pretty horrible... I'm guessing a family member of hers is the owner because that would be the only way I could understand why she's working there.. she's definitely not customer service ready,AT ALL... as a matter of fact they should probably have her preparing the orders instead of having her interact with any of the customers.“

“Listen, this was a very great restaurant, I’m shocked that it’s not getting more buzz! You all should come down and try out their rodeo cheeseballs which are packed with lots of flavor, and if you want chicken tryout their Dubai chicken sandwich, they put it on this really great tasting bread from Dubai. Don’t want to eat a ton of carbs? That’s alright try their Flying Dutchman burger without the shame or guilt of not leaving here without a meal! Different staff were in on night 2, yet the service was just as friendly and the messy fries just as yummy! I am Very picky about how my chicken is cooked and Fry the Coop does not disappoint. “I had the four piece boat (1/2 a chicken, 2 rolls, coleslaw). The fried chicken was good, but not great. Not sure what the hype is about, but if you're in the area and in the mood for fried chicken, definitely stop here. Call ahead though, otherwise the wait for chicken is 30 min and they had actually run out of chicken on my first visit.“

“The kids at the register were nice and the food was ready quickly. It was my first time at Chick-fil-A. I expected it to be overpriced and underflavored, but it was decent. My only issue was overflowing trash cans, which looked neglected. It wasn't the best last impression, but overall everything else was okay.“

“Great food! My friend and I went for a quick bite to eat before going home. This place hit the spot. The guy taking our was good, and he gave us recommendations and explained the menu. We ordered wings, tenders, shrimp, and fries with some canned drinks. It's not a fancy food spot, but if you're hungry and want something to satisfy you, I recommend coming here.“

“The customer service was great!! The cashier was funny and friendly and the manager had a smile across his face that will light a room!! The friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. The eating are was clean. The BATHROOM was clean (a VERY IMPORTANT and huge pet peeve of mine)!! The outdoor eating are was nice. There was ample parking as well. My children wanted to go to this restaurant I've never heard of.... it was a great choice. Nothing beats great customer service and cleanliness!“

“Michael and kadence have been beyond amazing. They have great customer service smiling and very patient. I have been in this location plenty of times and have had terrible service. “I was pleasantly surprised that I would be given this location such a high score. I wanted to taste the wedges and chicken tenders, and I have to say it was delicious. The food was hot and fresh. There was no wait for the food and the gentleman who took my order so professional and pleasant.“

and the Tenders was good, I love the flavors, the nice and juicy on the inside and the taste of the Tenders and the Fries are just so good and the 7up soda was so refreshing and good, I’m definitely coming back to this Harold’s restaurant“

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. I loved his service , by the way the chicken was fresh and crispy. I will def return.“

“I came here because I had to pick up some equipment from the Best Buy down the street and I didn't want to be riding all around for lunch. I ordered wings, fried hard, and some livers. Everything was delicious. Fried just right. Execution was spot on. Nice little joint inside, too, decorated with sports memorabilia. Luckily, for me, the little joint comes with a TV for the customers to view as you wait... and wait.... and wait.... and wait...for your food.“
