Ive grown up on Congress pizza and loved them!! But today was absolutely my LAST time patronizing this establishment! I ordered through Door Dash and Congress decides that the prices on door dash aren’t satisfying to their liking. I ordered a large pizza simple Sausage and Cheese. This shit was horrible. I order from them all the time but this time the crust was tough and taste like cardboard. I called them to complain and they ask how much of the pizza was left. I told half and they said there was nothing they can do. I fed my family of 4 that's why half was eaten. I gave this place one star not because of the food but for their poor customer service from the clerk who take orders to the manager. They make up prices for ingredients then what it states on the menu. Ive order from here a few weeks ago so I have a updated menu. Then the delivery charge states on the menu is $4.00, and when call to order they want to charge you $8.00. Trust me I won't spend a dime here ever again neither will any of my family or friends.
