My City Cruises Chicago River lunch experience was all around wonderful. The dock is located basically next to the NBC Tower. It is a beautiful area with stairs leading right down to the boat. With this in mind, parking can be tricky. There are a few lots nearby, but I heard several people say they had a difficult time trying to find them. You don't want to ship to leave without you! The bread was really hard, the ravioli was a little under done, but the flavor was great. The waitress Heather was so great and the experience was the best. We have done a few other boat rides by the same company and this was by far the best. Blake was very polite and friendly. He made sure to keep our water glasses full.
