First time ever receiving a venti drink with 70% filled when I ordered no ice from Starbucks. The drink is too sweet as the portion is off.

I tried ordering on the app and they were out of classic syrup, out of oat milk, shaken espressos were unavailable. All between 7-9 am on a Monday morning! How are you out of so many basic ingredients??!
