This Starbucks should not be as poorly rated as it is! This is the closest Starbucks to me that's open on weekends and I always "need" Starbucks on weekends. Haven't had any issues with masks or service here. The staff aren't super friendly but they're also not not friendly? Small-ish location but perfect for a pickup.
If it's winter bring a jacket if it's summer order ahead of time and pick it up on the fly. This facility seems to have major issues with keeping not just the customers comfortable but the employees as well. I feel really sorry they have to work in such conditions.

Visiting my family in Chicago (day 3) and having a blast with Sherice❤ This location is the best, Derek is awesome and extremely professional!! Thank you and your staff!!
