“Wonderful Subway. I go in pretty regularly to the point where I know the workers by name and they are so kind! I actually got a subway gift card from family just because they know I love subway so much, and it all has to do with the staff at this location. They are so kind, as mentioned before, and sweet, and remember whats going on in my life and we give eachother updates. It's a great experience.

“I came here for a birthday order and the staff member, Rocky, served me a cookie. The scanner didn’t work, so I couldn’t redeem through the app, but he gave me the instructions to order through the app to allow it to work. “This subway has been one of the greatest customer and food services I have had the pleasure to patronize. I stopped going to this subway years ago because of poor ownership and service. I refused to eat at this subway due to incompetence. Once new ownership arrived at this location, it was a completely different experience. The workers were cordial and friendly, the food quality was much improved, and the environment was much more welcoming. The new owner did an amazing job turning that subway around for the better. They also asked how my daughter was doing when she was in the hospital. We visit this subway often I would highly recommend this subway to anyone in Chicago. This subway is the gold standard of franchises that all others should model after.“

“Best subway I’ve ever been to. This place feels like a Mom and Pop shop that happens to serve Subway. The couple that owns and operates this Subway take quality of the experience that customers get very seriously. They keep the place clean, organized, and play awesome music from the 80’s (great playlist selection). They are always super friendly and quick and have everything in stock. I noticed the quality of the experience and compared the ratings to other subways in the area and this place is about 0.5 stars higher than most and very few Subways get above 4 stars so this is a stellar shop. Classic subway sandwich taste and quality with nothing to complain about for the sandwich, got exactly what I wanted!“

From the moment I walked in, the guy who work in night (mr.patel ) greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. “I'm giving Subway a higher score but I guess for a different reason. It was a safe spot to just hang out and wait for my Lyft ride. The space was quiet, I could charge my phone, and eat my sandwich and peace while I waited it for my ride.“

“Not sure why people are so negative here. the staff are very nice, there’s Free Parking as a small strip mall, there’s a free bathroom and there are fountain drinks as well as bottled drinks. They have a great deal for some of the day for only five dollars and for enough charge of three dollars if you get a foot-long sandwich of the same.“
