“This is the likely the best run and CLEANEST Subway I have visited in Chicago. Perhaps even for all fast food restaurants in Chicago. At least when Ni(c)k (the owner?) is running the place. I don't visit often but have lived down the street for 17 years... he somehow remembers my preferred order every time. He is a nice guy and a great server and entrepreneur. He works hard!“

“Ok.First of all I don't normally write reviews for big chain restaurants.And Subway is not a place I frequent often.Its been years since I ate at ANY Subway.That being said I really enjoyed my visit at this Summit location.It was at 4am.And there were plenty of customers coming in at this time.Who would have thought? The fact that they are open 24/7 means that if you have a Subway anywhere near you then you don't have to go hungry.I ordered THE BOSS which has salami,meatballs,marinara,mozzarella cheese to which I added giardinara.Totally hit the spot.Didnt even know they had this sandwich.Now Im going to be craving it because it was THAT GOOD!!! She was very efficient, she got everyone in 15 min or less. I literally stepped in the door at 8:17am I was done at 8:32am! She was calm, patient, & did her job exceptionally well!“

“Basic subway set up. We order for pick up through the app and they were really fast and got everything right. The cookies were nice and warm and Mt daughter absolutely loved her kids meal with chips and honest juice. The place seemed pretty clean and the guy who took care of was nice and greeted us politely.“

During my short lunch hour she makes the service line go real fast daily for the last 6yrs with a great smile. “The food is good and what you'd typically expect from a Subway. I appreciate that they're always consistent for the most part, and the staff at this location are friendly enough. It's awesome that this place is open 24 hrs since you rarely see that with Subway. My only complaint is that this place is typically kind of dirty - the tables are barely wiped down and the floor often has sandwich remnants. I think I remember seeing ants on the floor one day. Just something to keep in mind if this bothers you!“

“My kids and I go to this Subway once a week. I wish I knew the sweet man and woman's names that work there because they are kind, hard working and friendly. Everyone in my family talks about how engaging they are with the customers. The bread is always fresh and they are efficient. Today a crazy man came in and was angry with them them at he couldn't cut the line to pay for a drink. He called them terrible names and stormed out (meanwhile 7-11 is 8 ft away). They remained composed and continued to serve their customers. I'm sure they were scared but they stayed true to their work. It's one of the best Subways because they are hardworking and keep it very clean.“

“We used to have a Subway by my old place so we would go there often bcuz it was convenient, but given I actually like the menu, my review is mid tier bcuz the service varies from poor to Excellent depending on the employee. So good food but sometimes poor service. Can be a recipe for disaster.“
