“Small cozy with decent food and good drinks. Dinning area is smaller so I can see where things would get loud quickly. Many TVs so good for a small sports bar. Curds are great with a fantastic ranch. Portobello fries are great for mushroom lovers. Pizza oven wasn't up and going for lunch, which was a slight disappointment, but we will be back to try more meals. Would recommend if you are in the area.“

Their cocktail game was pure shot-making—creative, well balanced, and happily customized to fit exactly what we were looking for. No mis-hits anywhere. The food? Absolute center-face contact. The chicken and dumpling soup was warm, comforting, and full of flavor—like a reliable approach shot that sticks the green. And the ribeye steak sandwich was the ace of the day: cooked beautifully, packed with flavor, and truly out of this world. That’s the kind of shot you talk about long after the round is over. The atmosphere sealed the win. With SantaCon rolling through downtown, the place turned into a holiday scramble—30 to 40 Santas stopping in, high spirits everywhere, and a festive energy that made the whole experience even more memorable. “We chose Beef + Bourbon for our anniversary dinner yesterday. We made reservations ahead of time, and made a note with the reservation that it was our anniversary dinner. I'll get my disappointment over with first and move on to all of good. I wasn't happy with where we were seated. For whatever reason, we were stuck in the bar area. Our view to the left was the parking lot. The view to the right was the bar, which came with its own set of noise. And since we were on a main pathway, it was hard to have any conversation with the traffic and noise passing by every few minutes. I think I was expecting to sit in the beautiful other spaces they have available with dim lighting and a more romantic vibe, especially for an anniversary dinner. The food was absolutely mind blowing. Everything we had was cooked with so much thought and care. The beef medallion and crab cake appetizers really set the stage for the main course, which consisted of ribeye for both of us. Absolutely the best steak I've ever had. Tender, juicy, seasoned to perfection. My husband enjoyed asparagus with hollandaise as a side. I enjoyed a salad. Everything we devoured was absolutely top notch. Our waiter was awesome, Travis. He definitely took care of us as far as service. Very nice gentleman. I would give the food a 10000/10. I hope to be able to go back and give the ambiance another try. My fault for not speaking up while there or having the wrong set of expectations.“

“Yesterday, Thanksgiving 2025, we experienced the Riverfront Grille for the first time. The staff were happy to see us, friendly and very attentive. Second, the food was outstanding. Turkey and ham were done to perfection, a variety of salads, soups and sides were homemade and delicious. Lastly, the overall experience (including desert) on a busy day was wonderful. Thank you Riverfront Grille…looking forward to our next visit…highly recommend them.“

“Last night we went to Chevin's Kitchen and Catering located inside Kavanaugh’s Hilltop Bar and Grill in Rock Island. This is the second time we have stopped in recently for the daily special. We are so glad we did. From the prompt greeting by the servers and bar staff to the made to order burger sliders with fresh cut fries everything was AMAZING! Our servers were on top of it and so friendly. The food was GREAT! If you haven’t checked this place out yet or if you have forgotten about one of the oldest bars in the neighborhood don’t snooze on this! Great food and great service! We were there for like 17 minutes total and took us 5 minutes to figure out what we wanted... that's 12 minutes to order and get our food! Incredible, at a non-fast food restaurant, especially when everything is made fresh!“

“Took my family of 7, Absolutely just a fantastic experience, The atmosphere, the service and the food all were just top notch, Its hard to find a locally owned place that can compete with national chains. Cant say enough about them highly recommend, the steaks were perfectly cooked. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the garlic salad is just incredible ( you really need to try this salad) . “My family and I were very well accommodated by Colleen (manager) and Erica (server/bartender) for what was an amazing area to host a graduation dinner for family and friends. This private, elegant area would also make a great space for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, etc. I was obsessed and we were so so lucky to have exceptional service for a short-notice event. We enjoyed the broad selection of drinks from the bar and the delicious food. My favorites were the Mo’ Dough appetizer and the Fowl Play turkey sandwich.“

“Rather than stop at one of the busy chains, I decided to have my meal at the airport prior to my flight. It was a good choice. First, my server Pam was outstanding. She was attentive and professional. The restaurant is calm and quiet, and there is lots of room. The meal was cooked just as ordered, with eggs, sausage potatoes and an English Muffin. The prices are very reasonable. Next time in Quad Cities International, I'll eat here again.“

The value is also phenomenal, the portions are huge in comparison to other restaurants and the prices are way better.“

“One of my favorite Culver's locations. I have only had them mess up my order a handful of times (and I've been there probably hundreds of times) and they've always made it right. Usually it's something small like they forgot the cheese sauce. Just check your bag before you leave and you'll be fine. The employees are nice and the service is quick especially if you order on the app. Food is almost always piping hot. The only negative is I think sometimes they could afford to leave the onion rings in the fryer for another 30 seconds or so! :)“

“It was an amazing experience! The server/bartender I think his name was fingers & he was so personable and made it a memorable experience for my mom’s birthday! The duck wontons are TO DIE FOR & that phoenix pizza is 🔥 ! The only complaint I have is the salad tasted like dirt you could tell the romaine wasn’t washed well or something cause I couldn’t get passed the overwhelming earthiness of my garlic salad . All the drinks were amazing & if I had to recommend just one it would definitely be the nerds martini! I will be back and I would definitely recommend this place for any birthday , anniversary or just a nice dinner! Don’t forget get a piece for that homemade cheesecake either 🫣“

The owners knew we were celebrating my moms heavenly birthday and came out w a special dessert to help honor her ❤️ they let us share our memories of her and her love for there family and gyros . “I like to order Belgian Waffles on Sunday, with a side of scrambled eggs! It normally comes with meat. They have been great about letting me switch that out tho. The price of eggs may have been the one thing that has come down 🙂 I call in my order, and pick up in 15 minutes. I really like that there is one in Bettendorf now! Don’t have to wait 30-45 minutes to get in. The menu has a great variety. They have crepes! I used to go to a place in Chicago with my Mom and sister, 30 years ago; called Magic Pan- their specialty was crepes! Yum! I love this place!“

Went last night to celebrate a birthday and I spent more time waiting for my beer than being able to sit down and enjoy my time. 10+ minute wait for a beer with only 5 People around the bar is pretty ridiculous. Needless to say I was pretty upset by the end of the night.“
