“I have allergies and the two ladies that were working tonight was brittany and sabrina, they were absolutely phenomenal, they went above and beyond, everything was great from the food to my visit. Their customer service skills, people need to go visit there and act more like them to get the customer service that you're supposed to get. Unlike a lot of places, i highly recommend coal valley subway ,
I just hope they're, like the other subways, can continue taking coupons cause I know there are other local subways. that does not“

After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.

Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE

I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.

Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.

I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’

No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.

To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.

The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.“

1. Went I went through the drive through I was told by the staff that a receipt would be in the bag with my food. It was not which is unfortunate as I cant get reimbursed by work with out it.

2. There was no straw for my drink as well. Not a major deal as I was able to drink it by taking off the lid. But it still was a but annoying.

Overall experience was good and I will come back in the future.“

“I love Culver's Concrete Mixers especially the Heath Bat mixer. I received a free coupon for Culver's Cheese Curds. Thought would try them. Honestly there's nothing to wright home about. I love cheese curds but these are not so great personally I wouldn't bother unless you're willing to dip them in a lot a lot of sauce.“

“1st was, I got to pull forward out the drive thru to make me think your cooking 2 fish sandwiches fresh. nope. 3 min drive home and cold. 2nd, I recommend you come in and see the two inch height advantage the TV version has on the one you sell other places. I call those fish a stamped fish Patty like McDonald's has but 1.25oz bigger. but I'm good lesson learned, try the day crew next. still love the meats!“

“Best TJ's we've been too. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. You could tell they are very proud of it. They even had all the sauce packets face up so you could read them. Good fast fresh service. Will stop again when we come back too the area.“

“I travel a lot and try to stay on a low carb diet. I can always count on Hardees for two things. Their burgers are always top notch and they will prepare any burger they have in a lettuce wrap. This Hardees in particular had a mature and very friendly staff. It was also very clean inside and out.“

Not only did this McDonald's have it ready on time, but they boxed and bagged it up all nice and helped us load it in our vehicles. The food was also still warm when we got it to the office!!! “Haven't been to an Arby's in years but stopped into this Brady street location for dinner and was thrown off on how great the service was! I'm not being funny here, it was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed as we walked in the door. Had no idea they have burgers now and it was pretty good! Most fast food places won't even ask what you would like to order and don't even want to interact with you. That's all customers want. To not feel like being a burden just because we walked through the door. Much appreciated!“

“I have to share an experience i had with this store.
I placed an online order and inadvertently selected pickup instead of delivery. Since there is no provision to cancel the order anywhere on the website, I called them.
Robin answered the call, l asked if there was a way to change the order to delivery but the answer was no. Robin, in a fit of providing EXCELLENT service, went all the way to their district ops manager and arranged for a credit.
Robin proceeded to help me get a new order and get it delivered. This was, again, excellent service. But it gets better.
When the order arrived, the driver left the food and was walking away when I noticed 1 drink had not been delivered. So what did the driver do? She apologized and went back to get the drink. Not only did she bring the drink, which was great, she brought 2 Church's too. Again an excellent recovery for Taco John's.
And finally, after and hour had passed, what did I get, a follow up call from Robin. She called to let me know the credit had been put in and to make sure the order was correct and if we enjoyed it.
12 out of 10 points to Robin, the driver and Taco John's on Kimberly Road in Davenport IA.
Great staff makes a great restaurant.

Price was slightly high end for this fare but not unreasonable in today's cost climate.

“The restaurant is in a food court in the mall. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The only negative is they now charge .89 a container for the hot sauce. Kind of nickeling and dining your customers! And, 50 cents for refills.

“Would give more then 5 stars if I could! I work overnights at Trinity and placed an order online, not realizing they were closing in 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation email that my order would be delivered the next day, I called the store in hopes of catching someone before close to cancel. “I go to this specific Taco Bell as it is the one who gets the order correct the most. It used to be super fast, too, but I think they stopped keeping plenty of people on staff. I usually end up with the same crew who are constantly rushing trying to make everything and get it all out to customers. They always apologize for it being slower and are super nice even with being grossly understaffed and overwhelmed. The one time they forgot something, I mentioned it and they quickly remedied the situation. The food is always good. So far my favorite Taco Bell to go to.“

“Food is pretty consistent which is good, better quality than most local Chinese places. I've never experienced any rudeness from staff and I probably eat there at least 3 times a month.
