“Came in tonight 30 minutes before close and Elizabeth was amazing she was so kind and I would definitely come back just to see her again. Also she was training someone I didn’t catch her name but Elizabeth was kind and patient with her she definitely deserves a shoutout.“

“UPDATED::
After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.

Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

Thank you for caring, Mexhit.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE

I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.

Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.

I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’

No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.

To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.

The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.“

“Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious.“

“I just tried it and it’s my new favorite spot! The food is very flavorful and the service is good“

“Food was great my order was correct and came out fast. That being said I did have a couple issues when I came here.

1. Went I went through the drive through I was told by the staff that a receipt would be in the bag with my food. It was not which is unfortunate as I cant get reimbursed by work with out it.

2. There was no straw for my drink as well. Not a major deal as I was able to drink it by taking off the lid. But it still was a but annoying.

Overall experience was good and I will come back in the future.“

“We only had the Papusa De Pollo Con Queso. Absolutely delicious and incredibly filling. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Prices and portions are great. Zero complaints“

“there cheeseburger are the best on the planet 🙂🙂“

“We come here often on Wednesdays before church! I love how quick it is, and I also love the variety of food choices. There are healthy choices and there are, not so healthy choices. We love them all! Also, Culver’s has extra delicious root beer, if you’ve never had it, make sure to get some on your next visit!“

“Great job to the Moline Jersey Mike’s team!! I put in a mobile order tonight and the restaurant was pretty busy. I fully planned to wait for our order to be ready, since we showed up 10 minutes early. Not only was the Moline team extremely fast and bagging our order when we walked in the door, but they were very friendly! Keep up the great work!! 👏“

“I love Culver's Concrete Mixers especially the Heath Bat mixer. I received a free coupon for Culver's Cheese Curds. Thought would try them. Honestly there's nothing to wright home about. I love cheese curds but these are not so great personally I wouldn't bother unless you're willing to dip them in a lot a lot of sauce.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“the guy at the window needs to cut the pet names, it is creepy. he called my wife "sweetness" and other unwelcome pet names. creepy!“

“Our team is dedicated to providing a Sub Above experience! We appreciate every opportunity to serve and support our community.“

“Sorry no photos, (it looked too good and we all dug in too fast for pix)
but I absolutely love this place and will be back! Rustic/industrial ambiance, amazing staff! Specialized drink menu (which I get the feel changes often...a plus for me🤷) we got the cheese curd appetizer...which was delicious 🤤...I had the pub burger (which I loved) but they had many signature burgers that ALL looked amazing...) definitely coming back and trying others...then the dessert/shake menu was absolutely BEYOND!!! We were too full to try, but I saw a few go by to other tables...O.M.G. I literally moved to the area YESTERDAY... and I absolutely 💯 will be back. One day just for the cheese curds..
😊... one day for a shake/dessert...and many days for the signature burgers...they DO have other things on the menu...(I'm definitely a burger kinda gal) So I didn't explore that too much...based on what I did have...I am certain all is delicious. I wholeheartedly believe you won't be disappointed...and quite possibly it will become a GO TO...“

“1st was, I got to pull forward out the drive thru to make me think your cooking 2 fish sandwiches fresh. nope. 3 min drive home and cold. 2nd, I recommend you come in and see the two inch height advantage the TV version has on the one you sell other places. I call those fish a stamped fish Patty like McDonald's has but 1.25oz bigger. but I'm good lesson learned, try the day crew next. still love the meats!“

“Beat the rain got a burger and a coke and sat for 3 hours and played on my phone transit app was blocked I couldn't Google I was deamed a walker but hey Hardee's helped I didn't have Google privlages.. walk to where you know the Internet is always down phone is not working at vera french sorry y'all's router sucked.. it's prolly your mom at home on her cell answering in her coloring book“

“Great food, Clean location, great family fun“

“One of my favorite Culver's locations. I have only had them mess up my order a handful of times (and I've been there probably hundreds of times) and they've always made it right. Usually it's something small like they forgot the cheese sauce. Just check your bag before you leave and you'll be fine. The employees are nice and the service is quick especially if you order on the app. Food is almost always piping hot. The only negative is I think sometimes they could afford to leave the onion rings in the fryer for another 30 seconds or so! :)“

“Best TJ's we've been too. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. You could tell they are very proud of it. They even had all the sauce packets face up so you could read them. Good fast fresh service. Will stop again when we come back too the area.“

“The manager down there is awesome my daughter was on her phone order wrong sandwich but didn't realize she did an got sandwich an she haf walk back up front to see what the number her the manager came right out was like u order wrong sandwich an got her the one she wanted“

“Fun atmosphere
Delicious Food...I enjoyed a Patty Melt (with bacon & grilled onions) & Fresh Fries & a Vanilla Coke! All prepared fresh just for me! Quality & Freshness can't be beat! Yes, fresh costs a little more...however, free toppings, friendly, efficient employees! Impeccable cIeanliness makes me a fan, all day long!“

“What's not to like about ice cream? Everything's delicious.

Parking: No problem with parking or drive-thru.

Kid-friendliness: Yeah kids love ice cream ?

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem if you needed to get a wheelchair inside.“

“Colona DQ is hands down the BEST! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

“It was always a good sandwich shop. I started eating there in the 80's on University Ave. Then it moved to 100th ST. Des Moines, Iowa.
Then also ate in Iowa City in the 90's when out of town working after the floods. I have always had good food. But have not ate at Hungry Hobo for many year's 😕.“

“😁its delicious and only the best eat good cause you are what you eat thats if you eat well and not finiky like the haters that are no more lets eat“

“I travel a lot and try to stay on a low carb diet. I can always count on Hardees for two things. Their burgers are always top notch and they will prepare any burger they have in a lettuce wrap. This Hardees in particular had a mature and very friendly staff. It was also very clean inside and out.“

“good service and fresh food“

“Brought our dogs for their 10th Bday to get Pup Cups. They're always very nice.“

“Sage was such an amazing service worker! She was so welcoming and even reminded me and my friends about the discounts which was very helpful! Normally when I ask for spicy snack wrap I get ranch but she made sure that I got the spicy wrap and extra spicy sauce. Give her a raise!!“

“ordered food online took over 30 minutes to prepare my food thank goodness uber driver waited. got my food order was totally wrong .piss poor workers wit attitudes.“

“We order Pjs often so obvi we are fans but the delivery driver we had tonight was AMAZING. He held our 3 boxes while I brought them in one by one, so I could hold my fussy baby in the other arm. He was super nice about it too. Thank you so much!!!!“

“After 3 long hours in the car, our family pulled in for dinner with some very hyper kids. From the moment we walked in, Unique made us feel completely welcome and right at home. She was exceptionally kind, incredibly patient, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable for a single second. Customer service like that is hard to find—she truly made our evening! She was amazing!!! Oh and the food was amazing!!“

“We called a few days ahead with a massive order (about $430 worth) for an event at work with hopes to pick up today at 730am. Not only did this McDonald's have it ready on time, but they boxed and bagged it up all nice and helped us load it in our vehicles. The food was also still warm when we got it to the office!!! The managers were wonderful and very helpful. We plan to do this monthly or bi-monthly and will DEFINITELY be going through them again. 5 stars well deserved :)“

“Haven't been to an Arby's in years but stopped into this Brady street location for dinner and was thrown off on how great the service was! I'm not being funny here, it was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed as we walked in the door. Had no idea they have burgers now and it was pretty good! Most fast food places won't even ask what you would like to order and don't even want to interact with you. That's all customers want. To not feel like being a burden just because we walked through the door. Much appreciated!“

“I thought for sure I’ve already reviewed this place. But here we are again….. hungry hobo. I love you. You are better than Jimmy John’s, Arthur’s, and Jersey mikes. I will love you forever, I’ll love you for always, as long as I’m living, your sandwiches I’ll eat.“

“Food was very tasty! Full range of condiments available with options for single or double burgers. Also milkshakes are available. Fries are hand cut style, fresh, and premium.
Price was slightly high end for this fare but not unreasonable in today's cost climate.
Service was pleasant, staff offered good explanations of offerings and recommendations.
Would recommend!“

“This is by far the best Taco Bell in the Quad Cities. (Brandon) took our order and was the friendliest, most helpful drive up voice/person ever. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he is. Pulled up to pay and the young man was very pleasant. Cordial, polite. Absolutely the best drive through experience I have ever had. Fast, courteous service, efficient and friendly. Order #f3b69d order #102.
Give those guys a raise!!!
Disclaimer I am not related to or have previously known the 2 employees I interacted with.“

“The restaurant is in a food court in the mall. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The only negative is they now charge .89 a container for the hot sauce. Kind of nickeling and dining your customers! And, 50 cents for refills.

Should a six pack and a pound, plus a drink really be $27?“

“ordered to go. he didn't repeat the order back until asked. tried to give me a drink, didn't pay for one. got waffle fries instead of corn, didn't get napkins or fork, knife and fish didn't really seem done. no hush puppies. telephone busy, could not get through.“

“After some back to school shopping, the whole family was craving a meal! We stopped by our favorite chikfila for a positive experience as always. My mother loves how friendly the staff always is, the food is always hot, fries are seasoned perfect, and the portions are great! We even got to meet Ethan and he told us how he traveled all the way across America to run this awesome store. Run, don’t walk, to this chikfila next time you’re at north park mall!“

“Whoever was working late last night/early morning (2am July 21st) my friends and I love you absolutely exceptional service 12/10 recommend, thx for being so patient with my feral friends and I and thx for giving us the best drunk meal of our lives love u guys SO BAD!!“

“are you guys hiring ? and where to apply ?“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I am obsessed with the new Cantina menu at Taco Bell—it is a total game-changer! This location always gets my order right, and the food is consistently fresh. I’m a huge fan of the Chicken Chalupa and the Doritos Locos Taco, but these new options have definitely taken things to the next level. 5 stars for fast service and great flavors!“

“Would give more then 5 stars if I could! I work overnights at Trinity and placed an order online, not realizing they were closing in 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation email that my order would be delivered the next day, I called the store in hopes of catching someone before close to cancel. I was so pleased when the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he had seen the order and that it was for hospital staff, already had it made, and would be having it delivered. Will definitely continue to give them my business!“

“Service at the windows has been hit or miss in the past, due mostly to slow serving. Ordering ahead made that experience a lot better. Checkers has the best spicy chicken in fast food, hands down. It's not a great choice if you're looking for a night out but if you just need a quick bite, it remains one of my go-to options.“

“I go to this specific Taco Bell as it is the one who gets the order correct the most. It used to be super fast, too, but I think they stopped keeping plenty of people on staff. I usually end up with the same crew who are constantly rushing trying to make everything and get it all out to customers. They always apologize for it being slower and are super nice even with being grossly understaffed and overwhelmed. The one time they forgot something, I mentioned it and they quickly remedied the situation. The food is always good. So far my favorite Taco Bell to go to.“

“5/5 from the 7PM crew on 12/15. I ordered a $5 meal deal and typically other store either forget the sauce, fries are cold, or burgers cold, always something wrong with one thing. No this crew was on it, Hot food, Salty fries, amazing service. I might have to go back to this crew if I get McDonald’s again!“

“I absolutely love Papa John’s! When people ask me what my favorite pizza place is, I will always say Papa John’s. And this location specifically never disappoints. Delivery or pickup, I always get perfectly fresh food exactly how I ordered. I wasn’t able to leave a review on the app for my delivery driver and I also can’t find his name, but honestly every delivery I’ve had has been flawless. 10/10 would recommend <3“

“I want to give a Big shout out to Burger King in Bettendorf. My son lost his game system there a couple months ago and this week told us where he lost it. Thinking a slim chance it would still be there I took a chance and called and to my surprise it was there! Thank you to the honest people that work at Burger King my son was able to get his system back. Thank you guys so much it’s glad to know there are still caring and honest people in this world! Thank you again!“
