“Every time we've been to Dragon Light we've had a great experience and excellent meal. Always have food to take home and enjoy. Great servers too. A favorite for great Chinese food.

“Great service and I thought the prices were reasonable. The food was good but barely room temperature and I prefer food to be warm when eating. The brisket was a little fatty but it had great flavor and was super tender. Great Smoky flavor on the ribs. Will definitely go back but will probably get it to go so I can it warm up at home.“

“My mom and I like to meet at wineries/ wine bars once a month that halfway for us (parents live in Crystal Lake and I live in LaSalle). Goat and Vine was an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a variety of top notch wines! On top of that, our server made our first time experience that much better; I highly recommend!!“

“Stayed at Harrah’s Casino in Joliet & food at the grill was terrible. Found The Old Fashioned Pancake House Restaurant on Jefferson St in Joliet the next morning and it was amazing. Service was quick, attentive and continuous. Food (breakfast) was simply outstanding and price was very good! I have traveled a lot and this place is a Five Star value in my book.“

“Hidden gem with excellent food. We frequent a few times a month— because the food is just that good. Our fav apps include Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoon, & Pan Fried Dumplings. For entrees, can’t go wrong with Homemade Dumpling Soup, Thai Style Fried Rice, Pad Thai, or Thai BBQ Pork with noodles. My husband is more adventurous and his MVP’s are Massaman Curry & Thai Red Curry. We are slowly making our way through the entire menu but hard not to just order our favorites every time. Thai Milk Tea is also delish. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“Best pancake house ever!! Friendly environment, generous portions & reasonable prices! I've tried & highly recommend the Cinnamon pancakes, S'mores pancakes, Southwest Benedict, waffles, steak chilaquiles & the Cowboy breakfast sandwich. Every single meal was incredibly flavorful, fresh & absolutely delicious!!! The Cowboy breakfast sandwich wins the "ultimate comfort food award" !!! I'd eat here every day if I could!!!“

“Best date night spot! I always get pink lemonade & chicken parm! We try different appetizers, the last time was the garlic cheese curds and they were exactly what I'd expect! So garlicy in the outside and gooey cheese on the inside. The staff is so friendly, the food is so delicious. Highly recommend trying to get a booth if you can! It's a whole different experience eating in their booth(although the table doesn't change the yummy food).“

“Great spot for breakfast! We stopped in when not too busy. They were easily able to accommodate for gluten free for an omelet with fresh cracked eggs when not sure on an ingredient. Really appreciated Griselda’s thoroughness in checking with the kitchen. Service was attentive and very friendly. All our food was delicious. Hubby loved his French toast combo and side of biscuits and gravy.“

“I have been eating Cemeno's pizza for as long as I can remember! It is a hometown favorite so I knew I wanted to incorporate it into my wedding in Joliet. Leading up I knew one of our wedding party members has Celiac so when I saw the GF pizza i knew there was a chance! I called in and spoke to a team member in the catering side and the minute I mentioned Celiac she answered all of the prepared questions without me having to ask. We ordered Cemeno's to be delivered to my parents house for the rehearsal dinner. Not only was it right on time but the pizzas were hot and the GF one was in its own box. Obviously, the regular pizzas were amazing as usual but it was so good to hear from my friend that not only was the GF pizza delicious but she was not "glutened". Very happy to say I can highly recommend Cemeno's to all including those with celiac disease.“

“Went for dinner, the location is perfect, very walkable, the building is gorgeous and the decor is tasteful. Ample beer selection and cocktail choices. Got the Mexican steak special with rice beans and pepper sauce. The steak was perfect, not too fatty, moist, perfectly grilled and seasoned. The tortillas were fresh, soft and warm.The rest of the food was disappointing, the beans and rice were cooked well but were completely flavorless. The sauce that was supposed to be made with peppers and spices was completely void of any flavor. Considering the price of the steak I’d choose something else.
