“I enjoy going to new places to eat and for the most part I have an enjoyable experience but I strongly dislike when I am treated like I'm bothering someone to spend my money on your product and then have the cashier leave my food on the counter while I was using the restroom shows a lack of appreciation for my business“

“I've never really cared for this place, but it's obvious many people enjoy their food. It's a very busy fast food joint, but they appear to handle the crowd quickly and easily. The line inside was short, and they had many cashiers available.
The chicken salad was good, but the dressing choices were limited and rather bland. My wife had chicken strips.
Parking was limited, which pushes patrons to use the very busy drive through.“

“I had the BEST experience with Honey's Chicken! I had to place a large order for catfish fillets for my wedding, and the owner actually came out to assist me with the order. He and his staff were very nice and accommodating. Not only were they nice, but the fish was AMAZING! I had to scramble to make sure my husband and I had fish. I'm truly grateful for the service. “We normally go to Harold's #88 when in Illinois.. so when they told us they could not make us a big order of chicken I was disappointed...my aunt suggested that we go to this one and they had the best chicken out of any Harlod's Chicken that we ever been to even when it was cold it was still good best chicken ever.... “I finally came to the Chick-fil-A I really wanted to visit. They say it's the hottest franchise restaurant in America, and there were quite a lot of people there even though it was late.
I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and asked for all the sauces. The drink is the real Dr. Pepper.
It looked very neat, and I really liked how it came in a box. I took a bite and wow it was good. The chicken patty was appetizing. It was good too. As for the sauce, the basic Chick-fil-A sauce was the most delicious. The French fries were unique because they were shaped like honeycombs, but the taste was ordinary. But if you eat it with sauce, it becomes special.
I should have gone twice, but I was really disappointed that I could only go once. Next time I come to the United States, I will be the first person to visit.
And the drink cup leaked, so I asked for another cup, but they just gave me another drink. As expected, the carbonated insim was American.“

“Had to go thru the drive up as the inside service just closed when we got there. The chicken was pretty good considering we were there at 9:00 pm and I'm sure we got some of the last pieces that were being kept warm. If they didn't have their special going, 10 pieces or tenders with 4 biscuits for $20, it would have cost a lot more. Sides are priced too high for a little mashed and beans & rice. Anyway we were starving and it was hot and tasty so we enjoyed it. When is inflation going to come down in restaurants? Things are way too expensive compared to 5 years ago.?“

They said the lady who provided the customer service was really nice to them (they're teenagers). They spent their own money so of course they said it was a bit pricey. Definitely will go back and order my sauce on the side (they did not scimp out on the mild sauce.) Sorry I haven't patronized this neighborhood establishment sooner! I went back recently and grabbed a shrimp dinner and it was pretty good!“

Other than that no issues. If you don't get to place a phone order be prepared to wait about 20 mins. All the food is cooked to order. Just go get your juice and whatever else you're gonna need with your food and when you get back your food is ready and you can go enjoy it?“

“I came in last night (03/14/25) before hitting the highway to head home, Food was AMAZING ! The only downside was I purchased the 2 meat + 2 side + an extra side & only received one of my meats. Total was almost $30. Didn’t realize until I was already home 2hrs away eating my meal. I received my jerk chicken, but not my stew meat (I think that’s what it’s called). I was the lady with the baby sitting down. I will say that buddy was back there doing all the work himself and that line kept piling up, so I get it. 😩 I just would've loved to have tasted the other meat & that mean my leftovers (that I’m eating rn) would be bigger 👏🏽🤣 lol“

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. I loved his service , by the way the chicken was fresh and crispy. I will def return.“

“Chicken was fresh, crispy! We were told there was a 7 min wait to finish cooking. I was in the drive thru longer than 20min. Unfortunately, my visit was inadvertently on a Tuesday (2pc for $1.99 special day).
I went the previous evening and was told there was a 25min wait for all chicken. I did not wait, but was not pleased with my alternate choice. Church's needs to have a better balance with how not to run out of chicken, while making sure unsold portions are kept at a minimum. After all, this is their business and they are the experts. Figure it out.“

The gentleman that gave me my order was very nice and he said he made sure my order was correct. The only thing that wasn't in there was a utensil to eat my mashed potatoes with but since I was going home it was fine. I hadn't been to KFC in a long time so it I'm glad my food was up to par.“
