“My husband and I have been there several times. Unfortunately this Friday I was disappointed in our meals. I ordered the spaghetti seemed like the pasta was a touch overcooked and the marinara sauce was very bland. My husband’s chicken parmesan was huge but the chicken had no flavor other than the crispy breading. Love the Special salad and the pizza! “Frankie's since 1988 is hands-down, the best restaurant in the southwest Chicago suburbs. My son and I went for my birthday and there was no place I would rather go. The decor is trendy yet elegant and I really enjoyed the music that was playing. Service was quick and friendly. The signature Frankie's old-fashioned was amazing! Although the lasagna is my absolute favorite, I like to try the chef specials whenever possible, especially the seasonal ones. We had the pumpkin lasagna and the butternut squash risotto with crumbled Italian sausage.... Both were amazing! Whether it's your 20th time back or your first time here, the staff and the owner will make you feel like Family. This is truly a gem in the south suburbs. Huge sandwich at a decent price. I barely had time to put my credit card back in my wallet that my order was ready 🤪.
The beef is juicy and delicious. I also liked the hot peppers. I had mine with extra american cheese but it didn't really add much, the beef speaks for itself.“

I always get delivery and the food is always hot, on time, and delicious. On top of that, their prices are extremely resonable, especially in today's economy. “I had a catered event on October 2nd. The food was excellent!! Especially the Italian beef and Mac and cheese. Went to drop off stuff snd decided to have lunch since we were there. The Reuben was to die for!! As was the beef sandwich. We also loved the fries. Thank you Jim for making the food for our 30th anniversary party . I would highly recommend using them for all of your catering needs. And if you are in Thorton, pick up lunch. You won’t regret it.“

They were friendly and fast and even put my order in a to go container per my request in case I had to leave quickly or couldn't eat it all. I had a 16oz Moody Tongue Here's to Harry IPA, perfectly chilled and delicious 😋. I also had the Blue Cheese Holy Cow Chips. They were good, but too much Blue Cheese for my taste. I only ate about half and then had to board. I took the rest with me, but didn't end up eating them. Jorge provided great customer service. Reasonably priced. The beer was a little pricy, but expected.“

“Hosted a small dinner with family after a baptism and had a great time! The food was absolutely delicious, service was excellent, and the ambiance was very nice. We were seated in a semi-private area by the fireplace and had a dedicated cake and gift table supplied. The nearby bar was a nice feature too as it was Bears Sunday. Our menu consisted of minestrone soup, hot fresh bread, tossed salad, fried chicken, mostacolli bolognese, sausage and peppers, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and ice cream. The deal was unbeatable! Definitely will be coming again and possibly even catering bigger parties from there in the future. Thanks for a great party! All the guests very much enjoyed as well!“

One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.“
