“Our Estillos Barber Studio team has visited Amerikas Restaurant a few times now, and it’s quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in Oak Park. Great mix of good energy, great people, and a welcoming atmosphere.

“I am from Wisconsin. I was in Chicago visiting a church and took advantage of the city to eat some Colombian food. When I tell you I have no regrets. The food was delicious. I had Traditional Sancocho with the Sample Platter. Hands down. Thank you to Alicia for her great customer service. I enjoyed her vibrant energy. Come check them out.“

“This place is fantastic! The food, drinks, service, everything. So good. The outside is a little hard to find as it’s not marked, but it’s worth finding. The octopus was wonderful. So well cooked and great flavors. The yuca frites are addictive.“

“We were here a couple of years ago and planning on going hopefully this weekend (I'm from Chicago but live overseas for work). The food was amazing and the atmosphere, music, dancing was a lot of fun and not where you felt you were being picked up or come on to all the time...it was a nice place. Can't wait to go again.“

“After visiting The National Puerto Rican Art Museum in NW Chicago, the ISU Spanish Club and I stopped here for lunch. The food was fantastic! Huge portions. Excellent value. Superb quality. First time I had Honduran cuisine. Glad we went there!“

“We went to Mago in Barrington last night for the first time and were blown away. They were very busy so we sat at the bar. Service was fast and friendly. Food was terrific and the menu features things you won’t find at your standard Mexican restaurant like three choices of mole. Tableside guacamole is absolutely lovely. I have to say, though, what made our experience was watching the magnificent bartender. His efficiency, speed, and obvious dedication to what he was doing was just a marvel. He never stopped moving! We will definitely be back as every aspect of our experience was very enjoyable.“

“OKAY. If you're looking for traditional Ecuadorian food, this is your spot. Whenever I'm visiting I make it a point to come here, it can get a little confusing on Google Maps so just make sure to slow down when you get close! I've tried a lot, but my favorite is the Pechuga Asada, 10/10! Food always comes out hot and fresh so it hits so close to home.“

“The restaurant serves only chicken with different sides. The chicken has a unique tasty, juicy taste. You can either have fried or rotisserie. I always take the plantains side with beans that taste like chilly. Only nice people should check it out to keep the place pleasing.“
