“Great place. The first driveway is where shipping/receiving is at, but if you want to park overnight take the second driveway and go up on the hill past the employee parking. 30 minute unloading and nice people. I posted a picture of where I spent the night.“

“First time coming to this Panera Bread location. They have two kiosks you can use to order food or you can go to the register. For some reason, if you order at the register it takes them like 5 mins to actually come over and assist you. I’m not sure what the delay was since you can literally see what they’re doing. After they come to the register, things go more smoothly. I ordered a bacon double take, spinach and bacon soufflé, and an orange juice. The food was all good and hot. Panera makes some tasty breakfast items, they just need to work on their customer service more. Prices are slightly expensive for what you get. Just a FYI, apparently this is where older people come to drink coffee and people watch lol.“

“I like crumbl. However, as someone who competed in the Scripps national spelling bee, I just can't ignore the fact that crumble is spelled wrong. I mean, who really knows why they just left of the E. Like is it supposed to be CRUMB L like do I want my cookies to be in Crumbs and then take the L. Im just confused. I would really appreciate some feedback.“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“Great place to get all your yummy cakes, cookies, pastries and focaccia. Love going to the bakery on the weekend to get what I need for the week. Weekend girls are great, friendly and polite. They always keep the place clean and organized and stocked. Fanni ,#1, is the best! Anytime I go in there by myself or with my family, she always has a smile on her face. I love how she greets her customers and knows them by their first name. Make sure you go in and try all their goodies. Just a reminder, they only take cash.“

“Incredible breakfasts with lots of food. The bacon avocado omlet was filled with fresh avocado and served with a large side of hash browns and a delicious larger biscuit. Very good coffee. Our waitress was lackluster. She never recommended anything, asked whether we had ever been there nor asked us how our food was. She also never asked whether we needed anything after receiving our entrees and it was very difficult to get a second cup of coffee. We had to wait a long time for it. She looked surprised when I politely pointed out my hash browns were not served with the rest of our food. Luckily I received them. Realized we needed more napkins after she left, but she never came back. Would have loved jam for the biscuit like in the picture and a third cup of coffee. I would have also ordered beignets to take home. In spite of the service, I would love to come back. Hopefully will have a different server. I wasn’t aware of all the different coffee drinks and would have loved recommendations. I realize the work is hard as I did it myself years ago, but such good food deserves a better server to showcase it.“

“Do not miss a chance to get a sub from this wonderful shop attached to the bakery here. The ladies inside were very friendly and welcoming and the sandwich was a 10 out of 10. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, I even watched her snip a few basil leaves off their basil plant in the front window for my sub. Just a really fantastic little shop. Be aware it is cash only but please don't let that stop you.“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“This is the 2nd year I've placed a delivery order with NBC for my daughter at Wheaton Univ. to share with her friends. The mini bundts were extremely well-liked. I considered going elsewhere, this year, but nobody else could do a last min. order. So, I went with NBC, again. I felt guilty looking elsewhere! The owners are so nice and accommodating. The flavors are so amazing! And, once again, my daughter is the most popular girl in her friend group for, at least, a day thanks to NBC!“

Their vegan chocolate cupcake is so moist and the chocolate flavor is so rich. Another fan favorite of mine is the cookie sandwiches. We have tried a lot of things and we have never been disappointed!“

The cakes were delicious with amazing decoration and detail. Party goers were super impressed and the cost really wasn’t that much more than a basic cake from grocery stores.“

“Sandwiches here are PREMIUM. You are paying more because you are getting more. Could they drop the cost of each sandwich 2-3 dollars? Sure, but you’re guaranteed your value if you order their chicken Parmesan style sandwhich. The Coppola. They filled this thing with a solid amount of chicken filets and it was delicious. I eat a lot and was only able to down half of it. Saved the rest for later so it provided me 2 meals. I think it’s a little silly that it’s one of the cheaper sandwiches considering it’s bigger. The only negative to my experience here was the fact that this is being ran out of the side of Il Poggiolos bar. The entrance door looks legitimate but once u enter it’s very tight and uncomfortable especially when Poggiolo is packed. Other than that I definitely recommend checking this place out!“

“Smallcakes is a cupcake lover's paradise. Their cupcakes are not just treats, but little works of art. The flavors are innovative and the frosting is heavenly. I especially loved the Red Velvet cupcake - a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Definitely recommend anybody with a sweet tooth to visit here at least once.“

I'm still very impressed with how responsive the owner, Norma, was to my emails and appreciate how thoughtful she was. She asked if I wanted to include a personal message to my sisters and brother-in-law, and I found out today that all of them really enjoyed the cupcakes. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time. I found Hansens Edible Photos and immediately called the number and talked to Pat, and she was so kind and helpful and could do my order within a couple days! We coordinated pickup time and she left it out on her porch for a no-contact pickup, and had detailed instructions. I will definitely use her again!“

“What a lovely place and decorated so cute. The owners were so inviting and welcoming! We asked a lot of questions since it was our first time. Everything is homemade. The coffee was spot on, strong how we like it. The wildberry strudel was amazing. We also had the the feta and spinach spanakopita, it was delish. A great atmosphere.
