“We had a marvelous dinner celebrating a birthday and everything from scheduling a reservation to dessert was impeccable. The seafood on the seafood tower was fresh and succulent, the warm goat cheese salad had excellent flavor and texture and the parmesan Sole and the Norwegian salmon were both made to perfection. A must have is the Crab fried rice. The bananas foster butter cake and Meyer lemon tort were both excellent too. Our server Joy really made our first experience truly special.“

You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. “OH MY GOODNESS!!! stopped in on a whim because chicago traffic had my anxiety high, expected it to be packed because of parking and traffic but it was so calm and relaxing inside!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with the menu. The limon margarita definitely helped me relax and the amazing Birria tacos had me dancing in my chair!! Also snagged some Al Pastor tacos for their Wednesday menu deal! It was an amazing lunch that barely dented the wallet, will absolutely be back here (despite my traffic anxieties)“

“We come here quite often because the food is outstanding. The one problem is the manager Frank who is very loud and rude. Not directly but when sitting at the bar, he will YELL right over our heads at another employee and in front of all the customers. or stand behind the bar and complain very loudly about stuff...we can also hear him YELLING at employees in the kitchen. He's very UNprofessional and whineyl!!! Everybody else is great!“

“Thanks to Azzy & Alejandro for making our dinner so enjoyable. The food was delicious (I had the fish tacos & my husband had the pork chop) - service was excellent. The night before was busy & loud and Azzy saw us come in right away - seated us in a quieter space & brought us exactly what we needed - good food, a glass of wine & a Guinness from the tap. Perfect.

Also, during our 3 day stay at the hotel - every breakfast was delicious and served by such caring, nice people. Easier to get the day started with service like that.

“Had a great time here! Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had the Brussel Sprouts, add the hot honey, a Fish and Chips with an upgrade side of truffle fries, and a Veggie burger. Beers on draft were great, and we had made it in time for happy hour pricing. Staff was attentive and very nice. The place is very spacious and on a upper level. There is an elevator for the handicap accessible, but make sure to ask for assistance!“

“We were there for dinner on 5/3. We informed the waiter that we have a garlic allergy. They prepared all of our food separately with no garlic, even making special salad dressing.
