“I met former coworkers for dinner here and was my first time dining at this location. Our waitress Alane was fantastic and the manager Rob even stopped by to check on everything. We had appetizers, main courses and desserts. It was all fantastic! Alane made sure waters were filled regularly and other drinks were refilled promptly. The restaurant was busy, but felt cozy at the same time. We were seated in a booth and was absolutely perfect.“

“We celebrated our 27th Anniversary tonight at Port Edward with dinner on the boat. I grew up going here as a kid and had not been there for 30 years. It was as amazing as it has always been and exceeded my expectations with the fantastic service from April and the kindness of a sweet woman who had worked there for 50 years named Cynthia. “I recently attended a special wine Tastemaker dinner with my significant other so this was the review for this experience. We were scheduled to arrive at 6:30 pm for the event so we were a few minutes early and there were additional guests waiting to be checked in. The front desk had 3 attendants which didn't greet anyone, they were busy looking at the computer screen and made guests wait for which seemed like a really long time without acknowledgement. After finally waiting a few minutes we FINALLY got checked in, however we still had to wait for a table even through other people coming in through the door checked in immediately and were seated very quickly. I did not understand how the checking and preparation for this event was organized or even at all. When we did check in, I had to confirm yet again with the attendant that we were here for the Tastemaker event. Then again we waited a few more minutes which seemed quite long even though other people were already seated and served their wine. The overall event was wonderful and great with excellent tasting and pairings. I would strongly suggest the checkin process to be better organized especially since I was also a VIP Opentable member and go to Ruth Chris frequently. I may reconsider not attending these future events for the way that this whole checking process was handled.“

From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window. I kept it simple, this time, but I will definitely be back. Both because of the food, and because of the genuinely pleasant nature of the worker.“

“We ADORE this place! Every time we walk in, it feels home-y, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere is so bright and vibrant and really makes me want to stay every time we order out. It’s a refreshing place to walk into during the cold grey Illinois winters.

The food is incredible! We LOVE the Massumun and Panang curry - so flavorful, always hot, and lots of chicken. Some other bangers on their menu is the Pad Woon Sen, Pad See Eiw, Pad Lard Nar, and the Rama Noodles Delight.

But out of everything - you HAVE to get the Panang Noodles - the curry is delicious and velvety and the noodles are just the slightest bit crisped around the edges which makes for a great bite that is always satisfying.

We’ve never gotten any other kind of meat other than chicken which is always plentiful and moist. We love this place and we have to stop ourselves from eating there every week.

The prices are also SO affordable. We just got curry in a neighborhood of Nashville for $24 which was insane and not even close to how delicious this humble shop is.“

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“
