The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about the food and the people they serve. The highlight? The smoothie bowls! Absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My kids loved them just as much as I did. It felt like such a treat, but also so nourishing. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday, and I’m already looking forward to going back. The girl working the front is absolutely amazing. She gave her a pad of paper and something to write with and let her put her drawing on the wall. “Pearl is a true gem to the waitstaff at Peel. We loved her so much last night that we returned tonight for their Lenten menu. Both times she was so accommodating, especially with my 4 and 7 year old kids. From offering samples of drinks to working around food allergies without making me feel like a pariah, Pearl made both nights of our Peel experience worth coming back for! Can’t wait until our next time.“

“I always use the drive though and it usually moves at a faster than normal Starbucks pace unless some J.O in front of you orders some complicated bs drink. Staff is friendly but not a fan of how the drive through is designed. Idiots coming from one entrance try to cut someone who is using the drive threw off because of a design that tells people waiting in line to pretty much sit around a corner. Best advice is to ignore the lines/signs and stay bumper to bumper.“
