“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“I passed by this place all the time it's super low-key too, went there yesterday with my friends had me Sinberry sour ale I think, and I also had me the orange creamsicle hard seltzer, and I'm not a big fan of hard Seltzer's, but this orange creamsicle was outstandingly good, I never had me a hard Seltzer with so much flavor, and Sinberry was decent, but the aftertaste was amazing, the female bartender that was back there was very nice and very professional, she would always check if everything was good and that we had everything we needed, or if we needed anything more, overall good experience and good service, will definitely come back here with my friends if not myself to try the $14 testers“

“I recently discovered this place about a month ago, I love that they offer a variety of brews as many times you'll find that a brewery will focus on or put an emphasis on one particular style, but here there is just about something for everyone. The inside is very spacious with a large bar seating area as well as many tables. Regarding food options, I haven't tried anything yet, but I know that they have paired with the restaurant next door and the menu options look great. I love a good porter so my new favorite beer so far has to be the Dirt Mouth Porter, it's amazing. I look forward to becoming a regular“

“Went there this past weekend. Food, ambiance and staff were excellent. The beer was really good. My only complaint was the cost of a mixed drink. $15.00 for a 4 ounce vodka drink is a little steep. I could buy a whole bottle of vodka for that much. Otherwise, great place for dinner or a good beer.“

“Great beers (as usual). Tonight’s review is for the featured “food truck” experience the Counting Crow. Full disclosure, we have never tasted CC prior, although online it looks like they regularly service most of the top Independent craft brewers for some time throughout suburban Chicagoland. Given their excellent reviews, was excited to taste. Nope. Didn’t realize their posted 5-7 limited quantities meant exactly that. By 6:00 pm on a warm busy spring Friday evening, CC was already sold out of 2/3rds of their (flash heated on a table top griddle) menu of Pork belly tacos and Shrimp po’boys (on a Friday, in lent)? Which only left the many hungry to enjoy their signature chicken sandwich (original, medium spicy and extra spicy) served with chips. While the sourcing of their chicken breasts (decent size/texture meaty and fried well) was good, their temperature plated was lukewarm and underwhelming. Maybe a pop up on the patio isn’t the best way to promote your food, Idk. Not a fan and can’t recommend. Definitely won’t go out of my way to sample again“

“The Whiskey Hill is finally here! As neighbors, we are very excited to see this establishment up and running. Our server, Jenna, did an outstanding job. She guided us through food & drink options, was attentive, and extremely personable. It was apparent that she took pride in her job and was invested in the success of the restaurant. There are many seating options: outdoor, high tops, tables, and even a private room. Great for couples, friends, and families. The atmosphere is vibrant with chic decor, TVs for sports and such, and a very friendly staff that worked as a team. We had the burger and pulled pork sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! We recommend the pickle chips and uniquely cut fries. The beer (try Oktoberfest!) and cocktails were equally delicious. Chris, the GM, graciously checked in with us. We ended our evening with a decadent dessert which was brought in from the Bacuri Bakery across the street. We loved the neighborhood partnership and were compelled to try the empanadas from the bakery the next day! We didn't rate the restaurant with a full 5 stars only because there's always room for improvement, especially when first starting out. However, it was evident that the entire team at Whiskey Hill is dedicated to creating a high end and inviting neighborhood 'go to' spot. Hopefully, the people of Westmont and especially the Village, do everything on their end to support this anchor restaurant so that the revitalization of our downtown can continue. “What a hidden gem that’s not so hidden anymore. Staff is beyond accommodating and beers are some of the best around with a ginormous selection. Patio is huge and everything is SUPER clean! Biker Dude Smash Burgers was there, went to a 90 wait within 15 mins of starting up…. Would’ve waited 9 hours and been worth it!!! Must visit if in the Chicago area 🍻“

“The food was excellent and creative. The blue corn quesadilla with mole was excellent, as were the empanadas with chorizo and the Al pastor tacos. The beer has a wide variety that is home brewed. Not all the beer is hoppy (for those us that don’t like sour beer). The only thing that didn’t go over well was the peach and tamarind miche - a drink with beer which was too spicy and did not have a balance of sweetness. The location is a large airy cement structure with an industrial vibe.“

The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing. All four of us left full and happy! Definitely recommend!“

“The food comes out of an open kitchen. All freshly made. Burgers, appetizers, roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower, incredible. Of course the beer will bring you back. Scottish export ale is particularly good. A duo guitar and vocals rounded out the experience. Third time here, will definitely return.“
