“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“This place sports a cozy brick-and-mortar ambiance. They carry a truly unique selection of craft beers including a refreshingly tart apple ale. The service is top-notch and friendly. Not even the passive-aggressive patron sitting next to me could ruin my time here. I would definitely come back again.“

“Great beers (as usual). Tonight’s review is for the featured “food truck” experience the Counting Crow. Full disclosure, we have never tasted CC prior, although online it looks like they regularly service most of the top Independent craft brewers for some time throughout suburban Chicagoland. Given their excellent reviews, was excited to taste. Nope. Didn’t realize their posted 5-7 limited quantities meant exactly that. By 6:00 pm on a warm busy spring Friday evening, CC was already sold out of 2/3rds of their (flash heated on a table top griddle) menu of Pork belly tacos and Shrimp po’boys (on a Friday, in lent)? Which only left the many hungry to enjoy their signature chicken sandwich (original, medium spicy and extra spicy) served with chips. While the sourcing of their chicken breasts (decent size/texture meaty and fried well) was good, their temperature plated was lukewarm and underwhelming. Maybe a pop up on the patio isn’t the best way to promote your food, Idk. Not a fan and can’t recommend. Definitely won’t go out of my way to sample again“

“well I had the pleasure to work here today, and even though it was court related I am so wanting and willing to help again on my own! its amazing that there are places and people who are out here in the world that we live in that care so much for others when mostly the people we have in our lives don't bother to try. “Had a great experience at Whiskey Hill. The chicken sandwich and very unique take on fries was excellent. The kids menu is a bonus and my daughter finished nearly all the pizza. They were out of pulled pork and ribs but offered to create a burnt ends sandwich instead. Great recommendation from our server! It was delicious. The vibe is an added bonus. It's absolutely beautiful inside. I appreciate a place that backs up ambiance with great food and drinks. Plus, love getting craft cocktails from a brewery. It will definitely be our local spot from now on.“

“We had a great time at this family-friendly brewery! The atmosphere was relaxed, and there was plenty of outdoor seating where the kids could play while we enjoyed some delicious craft beer.

They even had board games and kid-friendly, which made it easy for everyone to have fun. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time together. We'll definitely be back!“

“This was our first time here and Whiskey Hill was wonderful. I had the chicken sandwich with fries. Others had fish tacos and chicken strips. They were delicious!!! For dessert we had beignet's so light and airy with raspberry and chocolate sauce for dipping. We will definitely be back.“

“What a hidden gem that’s not so hidden anymore. Staff is beyond accommodating and beers are some of the best around with a ginormous selection. Patio is huge and everything is SUPER clean! Biker Dude Smash Burgers was there, went to a 90 wait within 15 mins of starting up…. Would’ve waited 9 hours and been worth it!!! Must visit if in the Chicago area 🍻“

“Great brewery. Good selection of their own and a lot of good guest beers available. You'll find something you'll like. Along with wine and spirits. Great atmosphere and friendly staff and patrons. Worth a visit for sure.

“The food was excellent and creative. The blue corn quesadilla with mole was excellent, as were the empanadas with chorizo and the Al pastor tacos. The beer has a wide variety that is home brewed. Not all the beer is hoppy (for those us that don’t like sour beer). The only thing that didn’t go over well was the peach and tamarind miche - a drink with beer which was too spicy and did not have a balance of sweetness. The location is a large airy cement structure with an industrial vibe.“

“We tried Pho no. 1 Brewing tonight and we were really happy with it! We’ll be back again for sure! The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing. All four of us left full and happy! Definitely recommend!“

“It’s a small brewery that makes you feel at home. Wide selection usually about 20 beers on tap. The also package four packs in cooler for you to take home. You can fill up growlers as well. Been coming here since the pandemic and haven’t left. Wonderful small business that steeply has earned its reputation. For food they have rotating food trucks, allow delivery or you can bring in food too!“
