“I ordered from here today and when my order arrived I was disappointed to find my brownie was missing. I called and was told they would include it in my next order. I was ok with that. However I ended up getting a call from the store as I was cooking dinner and was told the delivery driver was going to be in the area and if I wanted my brownie! Of course! Lol. Such a nice surprise and amazing customers service!“

“I like the subway, I come here often but I don't like how they do not accept coupons. I also worked here once. I had to learn to break down the tuna. There was a difficult menu to memorize. The lunch breaks for only 15 minutes! Nonetheless this is simply a Subway. A friendly staff.“

Parking: In Walmart facility there is plenty of parking. But most of the time the parking lot is packed the restaurant is in Walmart.

Kid-friendliness: They have boneless wing which is basically the same as chicken nuggets. It also has claw machines for a dollar and plenty of quality prizes.“

“Detroit native living in Texas I wanted a corned beef sandwich before leaving Chicago. Went in ordered 2 mile high sandwiches for me and my boyfriend before heading to the airport. I wanted to taste the sandwiches to make sure they would hit. I only got corned beef from Detroit and my favorites are from coney islands. We took one bite of this sandwich turned around and got 2 more. The corned beef melts like butter sandwiches are amazing“

“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. I went back and forth for a long time and he was so patient. Ended up getting the Donny (I was worried it would be too spicy so I swapped the firecracker sauce for their BBQ mayo on Mendel's suggestion) and it was SO GOOD! In our group was also the Pastrami and the Sicilian. Both so delicious. Thanks for all your help and patience, Mendel! We'll definitely be back! Oh, almost forgot, the fries were glorious. “I liked the remodeled look of the subway and I absolutely love the service. As soon as I walk in I get a greeting and a smile from the employee. The food always smells and looks fresh. The bread is super soft as well, other subways have hard or stale bread but not this one. I will be going to this subway in the future and I highly recommend going here for a quick bite to eat.“

Parking: It's going to be a tight fit. You'll be better off using the drive-thru, IMO. Intercom does NOT work. You have to order your food at the window.“

“Always a must stop on my way to or from the Brookfield Zoo. I don't live in the area any more, but when I visit I always try to hit up Mr. Submarine. I don't know what it is, because at face value the ingredients are just OK. But when you get that shredded lettuce soaked with vinegar and oregano, and the not quite sure what kind of cheese it is, mixed with a true sub roll and solid deli meat. It's a beautiful thing. And the grumpy guy behind the counter, he's been there for 30 years. Different faces over the years, but it's the same guy. Just part of the experience. Never change Mr. Submarine.“
