Ok so this is 05/30/23 there is a customer service lady has an attitude everytime I come in here I norm call my order in bcause im on my route for the post office but her attitude is very unprofessional I asked her about how much an order was an she didn't even know also she turned away customers who were here at 645 that more than enough continue to get more money every though our economy is still trying to come back from COVID if her attitude dosent change then I can't continue...read full review

The chicken was cook nicely, there is a wait but that lite skined lady with the brown eyes has the most disgusting attitude. Harolds chicken in Evanston sometimes closes a 6pm, never seen that at any Harold's Chicken

Probably the best chicken in the area. Chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned and the fries were great. I can highly recommend the mild sauce as it brings out a fantastic flavor and they pour it over the fries as well. Even with their increase in prices, I found it to be quite affordable and a good deal given how much food you get. Got high-quality fresh food in 20 minutes so service quality was great. Will be coming back here some more.
