“My wife and I go there about once a week for breakfast. Great food and a large menu. Mexican breakfast entrees are particularly good. The servers, particularly Lupe, are excellent--attentive and efficient, even when they're crowded. Best breakfast place I've ever experienced.“

Parking: Has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces, but I think you also park on Utica street diagonally.

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “Last night my lady & I were fresh off a Lake Michigan yacht charter, the whole "D'USSÉ & Sativa vibe", were starving n' decided 2 do Steak 'n Egger Inc. Definitely the right choice!! Shot out 2 'Chunky ' who was our waitress! She was down 2 earth & a cool 'peoples person'❤️. I had the 2egg & turkey sausage hashbrown plate, & my lady had the Steak &eggs. Also had a bowl of cheese grits which were bussin'! Dope spot 4 the late, late night wit decent prices ?? Will be goin' back next time we're in the neighborhood tipsy n' high den a mufucka????❤️‼️

“We had a large group just before lunchtime on a Saturday, and they were great about squeezing us in. Our server D was amazing, truly, and the other staff were helpful and attentive, too. The food was delicious, hot, fast, priced affordably. They have a large menu. We had some special diets in our group and there were enough options for them to find what they needed. I definitely would return and would recommend it to friends.“

We are served a cup of soup (gratis) with every meal including breakfast (their soups are delicious). The staff is friendly & always accommodating. Our food is served hot in generous proportions & for the price (very reasonable compared to other restaurants of this kind), it can’t be beat. Greek owned, the hospitality & food is reflective of the Greek Culture, representing pride, family, community, friendship, kindness & duty of service that is offered to their guests. It's still the best bang for your buck, however, today I has the ribeye med well Hashrowns with onion bell peppers and cheese with French toast and everything was a hit. We were instantly seated at the table. The fall decorations that were up made it more comfortable. The waitress introduced herself as Lilianna H . Lilianna customer service was excellent and went along with her beautiful personality . ok, my husband ordered the steak skillet you guys when I tell you I take my head off to the Cook this steak Skillet was off the chain and well put together the presentation was beautiful the taste was lovely the cook put his love and all he had until that skillet. to the cook, my husband says you are well on point. “First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!“

The meats were cooked to my liking, no uncooked bacon, and the potatoes were fully cooked to perfection. The eggs were cheesy and blended together easily in my skillet. The pancakes were fluffy and hot with my meal. The wait was semi long for table/booth, but the food didn't disappoint.“

“Thank you guys for taking time out to read my latest review as I always say before I start my reviews everyone has their own experience I am just sharing my own experience with you so I decided to dine in at The Original Pancake House in Oak Forest I have many times visited the location in in Hyde Park can I have been frequently coming to this location for almost a year now whenever I am in the neighborhood I'm making my business to stop in prioritize myself and give me perfect time to reset and have some me time so let's get into the review I would say this location gets 10 stars from me I have come here to this location a number of times and one of the things I would like to mention is the whole entire staff delivers world class service I have never seen them have a off day no matter what race no matter if it's a man or a woman they are the best at making a customer feel like they're one of the family one thing I do like is that they remember that regulars by name you are greeted by the hostess with a friendly hello and how was your day what the owner has done is capture the authenticity of what it feels like to be at a establishment I receive top-notch service I can see why they have been in business for decades the food is always cooked to Perfection so many options to choose from I always get the chicken sausage pigs in a blanket I get the chicken sausage instead of the pork sausage and I do not get any whipped cream or powder how long do pigs in a blanket they are just wrapped up I also love the fact that there juices are freshly squeezed I am a fan of the grapefruit juice I can't lie play scrambled eggs are always on the point and I'll always make one of my family members told me that if you enjoy the food and the service and I like to take time out to recognize great service and recommending others to the establishment. The atmosphere was comfortable. The building was spacious with plenty of parking and plenty of seats, mostly booths. The staff was warm and inviting. The food featured a variety of comfortable hospitality; sandwiches, soups and great desserts. I had a breakfast dish with great eggs. I loved the attentive service. “I ordered a steak Omelette eggs over easy when I say it was one of the best things that I ever tasted. I’m not lying to you. It was cooked to perfection and had great seasoning. The presentation looked delicious Whoever the cook is or chef he or she is a keeper and can cook his or her A_ _ off. You have a customer for life and I work for the University of Chicago Hospital and I will definitely pass the word around because omg ! Good Job!!!“

“Service was very good. Sunday was busy but to be expected. Lots of children but all pretty good. Food was ok. Tried the Santa fe frittata. Was not a real frittata. More like a round omelet with cheese on top. Not much flavor. A little better when topped with the little cups of salsa & sour cream. Veggies over cooked & bacon was nor well done as I requested. Hash browns were just shredded potatoes nothing special. Coffee hot & good. Next time will stay with German breakfast with potato pancakes.“
