“Under normal circumstances, this location does a great job with the food and service. Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.“

“We went in tonight and had the most phenomenal service from Cordell. He was really fantastic. We have been to several Subways and his service was the absolute best. The sandwiches were fresh and exactly what we ordered. We will be coming back to this store!“

“I had a really great experience at Charley’s. The food was fresh and came out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, especially from an employee named Jasu. Jasu was very friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was right. “I always get peanut butter and jelly on blueberry bagel this is first time it was not the greatest. But in the past has always been great. The young kids working need to learn to TALK. You can’t understand them. Learn to talk English please. Not everyone know Spanish Which I would love to learn . Have to work on that.“

“This is the best place to eat Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. A plus is that they have so many other options as well like their chicken wings, flavored lemonades, and a variety of shakes. I love their Reese’s peanut butter shake. I can not say enough good things to describe this place. The manager and the workers are so friendly. This spot is always clean. Amazing customer service. Take my word for it and give this place a try you will not regret it.“

Owner is great and always kind when ordering. Fries are always fresh and the king turkey paired with the free fries, sauce, mayo, turkey, cheese, tomato has a completely different taste to it. Great place and highly recommend!“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!

“I ordered a the farmers sandwich the California club wrap along wing some wings sweet red chilli and the buffalo bliss flavors I got them to go but I couldn’t get out the door fast enough before I started sampling my order and I promise everything is delicious including the fries and I’m not a fry person I’ll be back again“

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “Who knew the Walmart Charley’s would be so fast, hot, and delicious, every time! I have frequented this location and the food has always been freshly made with a smile and served with care. The only downside is the location, you do have to enter a Walmart, which isn’t the most exciting place to be.“

“I am a frequent visitor with the Jimmy John’s in Crestwood Illinois. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had a bad meal. Peter, Naya and Samantha, along with the rest of the staff are Friendly and always make sure my order is correct. They are great representatives for the store. I highly recommend that you try it.

“Gerry's Fish & Chicken is a staple in the neighborhood. I grabbed a 10-piece wing combo with fries and a fish basket today, spending about $15, and it was worth every penny. The wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the fish is fresh and seasoned just right. Friendly staff, quick service, and the spot always feels like home. “Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“

“I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“

“I personally am pleased with the crete subway especially in comparison with the south chicago heights one, but, I was delivered someone elses food on 7/30/26 at 9:05 pm. I have ring cameras so I saw the man walked to my door, bent down and left a package. I waited for him to leave because I don't open my door when not expecting anyone. It was subway sandwiches/2 of them in a bag. I brought them inside and called crete subway right away. after many rings, no answer. so beings I had nothing better to do, and on the receipt someone else bought these sandwiches for someone else, I wanted to tell the subway employees the bag was unopened and they could come back for it and deliver it to the right hungry person. Of course without anyone answering the phone for 25 minutes that didn't happen. I don't eat turkey so guess what happened to those two sandwiches? no business should run without phone service and no business should put up with employees not answering the phone. You are open until 930 and orders should be taken up to that time, not clean up and don't answer the phone. Sad someone might have been not feeling well and didn't eat last night because of a wrong delivery and non answered phone.“

“I don't get take out often since I don't live in town, but when I'm at work and want to live it up I always go for JJs. They have the best vegetarian sandwich and always deliver quickly. They also pay attention to my customizations. So many other locations just leave the lettuce on when I ask for no lettuce. This location always gets it right.“
