“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!

I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

When I thought I was placing the order at the store, it was in door dash and they charged $18.97 and will not issue a credit. Be careful placing your order. Call the store so they get the credit instead of DOOR DASH.“

“Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“

“Best Subway in the south suburbs. Veggies are always fresh and place is always clean. My son is allergic to fish and they are always very cautious when I inform them. Meet and Hamish are always so kind and sweet. I looked at their name tags so hopefully I’m spelling it right as I write this review. Highly recommended it. I have 2 subways within less than a mile from me but I always drive to this one.“

“I don't get take out often since I don't live in town, but when I'm at work and want to live it up I always go for JJs. They have the best vegetarian sandwich and always deliver quickly. They also pay attention to my customizations. So many other locations just leave the lettuce on when I ask for no lettuce. This location always gets it right.“

“I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“

“This was my 1st time at this location. I ordered online for the BOGO special with curbside pickup. They came to the car about 5 minutes after the ready time, and the app showed my order was ready. No biggie. My order was made perfect, with the condiments I had to add in the comment section. However, the meat portion was extremely skimpy.
I will order the extra meat next time, with the same order to compare.“
