“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

“First time coming here and it’s soooooooo neat!! They have so many options!! Becky was so sweet and kind! Super yummy food loved the cheese curds and the curly fries were amazing! Those funnel cake fries were just perfect!! Can’t wait to make this a regular stop on our route home!“
“Alexes Vienna Beef and Kronos Gyros always has a nice friendly man take your order at the register and the french fries and the Gyros and Char broiled Hamburger is the best I have ever tasted in Mc Henry County Alex's thanks all you nice friendly men who work there I would highly recommend this place to stop at and eat lunch or dinner you will not be dissappointed and the food is fantastic and he gives the customer the best bang for his buck !“

“We stopped and had A Fabulous meal!! Our first time. Gyros and Italian beef. Everything was hot and fresh. Delicious!! Service great!! Hard working and polite- it was a real treat. The young lady who took our order was cleaning tables when there was no one at the counter. All these are important to us- especially Being a previous restaurant owners. “Hi. I’m Julie. Just moved to the area. Love Lake Villa. Coming from years in Cook County, where small mom and pop hamburger stands are a plenty I was so pleased to find R-Dog.
Friendly staff, always smiling. The character of the antiques that harken back to a simple way of life are a welcome respite in today’s busy world.
Food is amazing, always piping hot. I highly recommend the gyros plate, with its over abundance of fresh meat. Soft warm pita beckons for the cool cucumber sauce. My mom’s #1 guilty pleasure.

“Well my Woman works there so im a little Bias, but Honestly , Everything i have tried was GREAT !! I have not had everything on the Menu because i find it HARD to order a "Fish Sandwich" because i can only picture McDonald Fish/paper Pulp ?... If i do try it i will let you know !!“

“The pizza was eh. They told us that we needed to call ahead for a full pizza but we were able to get slices. That was good enough and I got cheese fries too. Definitely a very good combo to go for. I definitely recommend if you are trying to get full very quick. I loved it and definitely will be going to the Glendale heights location since I live around that area“
