“Regardless of which location you go to whether some if not all locations are owned by the same person/family, you can never go wrong with Sammie's.
Whether it's a Chicago-style dog, Italian beef sandwich, gyros, burger ( Samburger) or Maxwell St. Polish sausage, fries; Sammie's knows how to do it and they do Chicago-style grub extremely well.
First time ever trying this particular location was this past April and was definitely well worth the price. Chicago-style food is a way of life and a culture that should be practiced if living in the Chicago area.
Clean dining room with friendly service and delicious bites at still reasonable prices make this venue another hot spot for awesome Chicago fare. I wish for many years of continued boomin' business for the owner(s).“

“Everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing! Fresh ingredients, clean establishment, and friendly staff. The steak and chicken Philly and burgers are my go to but the gyros are amazing as well. The fries are addicting! Give em a try and I’m willing to bet you’ll be a regular.“

“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

“Kong Dog in Vernon Hills was SO good!! I got the Hot Cheeto Kong Dog with the chicken sausage and it was seriously amazing 🔥🙌🏼 The perfect amount of crunch and flavor and everything tasted super fresh!
The staff was so nice, everything was clean, and it was just such a fun place to try. Definitely not your average corn dog 😂 If you haven’t tried Kong Dog yet, you need to! We will 100% be back!!“

“You can never go wrong with Luke’s!!! Everything is exceptional. They have a large menu to pick from. Some would say a large menu is bad, but it’s not, it gives you the variety to “always find something good to eat”. And…variety is the spice of life!!!
I enjoyed the Italian Beef Meal with Mozzarella Cheese, unfortunately, they put the cheese on the bottom and you can’t see it, heavily dipped, fries, extra, extra crispy and a drink. There was enough Italian beef where I could’ve made a second sandwich.“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“I have wanting to eat here. So last week we were in the neighborhood and they didn't disappointed. The Texas Burger was very good. The FF were alittle well done. But we left full. Our server was there by herself and did a excellent job. I watch her stay on top thing. We are definitely coming back.“

“Juan and Jose are beautiful salt of the earth people. You leave feeling lighter than when you walked in because they're so kind and genuine. The banana milkshake was awesome! The fries are on point and the tacos are bangin! Be sure to get the red hot sauce with it. So Much flavor, but watch out, it's spicy!“

“This is one of my favorite places to go to with friends, because I love boba, donuts, and apparently, Korean corndogs. They have a wide variety of all of the above, and the donut flavors change regularly. Last time I came, they added a LOT more baked goods, which could spell concern for less quality later, but I still bought a pistachio croissant and it was delicious. Everything is really pricy though, but it’s personally a luxury expense for myself.“
