“Great place for breakfast“

“We came tonight for the first time for my husband’s birthday. Food was so good. Service was excellent! The cook even came out to ask us how our food was. We will be back!“

“I took my boys here on a Saturday at around 4:30 after a trip to the Volo museum. We were immediately greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable and attentive waitress. The appetizer plate had the best onion rings and these creamy smoky bacon Gouda Mac n cheese bites that were to die for! Pan pizza came out as a deep dish and my teenager loved it. My oldest and I got the rib and broasted chicken combo…. OMG No regrets! The chicken was seasoned well with a delicious, crispy, light breading and the ribs were fall off the bone scrumptious with a perfect smoky/sweet bbq sauce. Do NOT skip the peach cobbler!! The warm, crispy peaches and streusel topping tasted like it was made with love. What a great place and we absolutely love our server. She was engaging and knew the menu. Will definitely return!“

“Have not been to Medieval Times in a few years and it was a great time, did not disappoint. The show has changed since last time I saw it, it was more action packed. My 5 year old nephew thoroughly enjoyed it. Great Memories! The chicken was juicy. Drinks were good. They have these new slushies that I really liked. All in all, this is a great deal for food + a show.
The only negative is the smell when walking in. Not sure if the garbage had not been cleaned out or what the case was but the smell was not good walking in. Besides that, the place was kept very clean so just not sure what was up with the garbage smell this past weekend.“

“We have been there twice. My 6 year old had a blast both times. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The coffee is delicious. One part that stood out to me both times is how well the parents monitor their children. We’ve been to similar places and had a few issues bullying. I’m not sure if it’s the layout but here you’ll see the parents actively watching, and even engaging with their kids. Thank you for providing such a safe place for our kids to play.“

“Bowlful of Korea is such a cute little spot! The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. There’s also plenty of parking, which is always a plus since it’s conveniently located right next to a Jewel-Osco. Only downside is that there is two individual bathrooms which I could foresee being an issue if the place is packed.

The restaurant is self-serve and kiosk-style. You place your order at the kiosk, grab a number, and sit at any available table. They’ll bring your food directly to you, so the process is super easy and convenient. There’s also a designated area where you can grab water and utensils yourself.

One thing I thought was a really nice touch is that they have an additional private room on the side that’s available to rent for events. I could definitely see this being a great option for birthday parties, bridal showers, intimate gatherings, or other small celebrations.

We ordered three things: Chicken Katsu – $14 and two Assorted Sashimi Bowl – $21 each. Everything we tried was delicious and came in generous portions. I especially appreciated how fresh and balanced the bowls felt, with a great variety of vegetables alongside the protein. The meals felt filling without being overly heavy, and there was a nice variety of ingredients in every bowl.“

They personalized the menu, which was a really nice surprise, our waitress (Cassie, I think) was appropriately present and very friendly! Food was amazing!!!! “Fantastic breakfast at Benedict’s Eggs and More! I had the biscuits and gravy and pot roast skillet - and both were to die for! Biscuits seem to be homemade along with the gravy and it was so tasty. Loved the pot roast as well on the skillet. It was tender! “We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious.
