“I was having a conversation with a worker and noticed her using lots of organic ingredients and real Himalayan salt... this sparked my curiosity and I started paying attention to the food she was making ... I decided to buy lunch here after initially just grabbing my first ever coffee at this coffee shop .... to my surprise that dragon berry fruit bowl was absolutely amazing. I have never been to a place that uses clean ingredients like this. This was a great experience. 5 stars!“

“I use The Blend Hut often in the morning on the way to work, but rarely with the kiddos… this morning we went for a coffee date after Wash JFL pictures, and had the pleasure of actually going INSIDE The Blend storefront!! The lovely woman who took our order was SO KIND! I have a sensory overloaded special needs daughter and the woman took the time to offer us selections she might like (which she LOVED) and made some suggestions to my other little for a blended beverage she would enjoy, my Blueberry Pie Latte was amazing per usual… but I wanted to express my gratitude for the staff at The Blend for this mornings experience!! THANK YOU for taking the few extra moments for my girls when you were so busy to begin with!!! Amazing coffee, amazing snacks, amazing ambiance, amazing outdoor space, and above amazing customer service!!!“

“This is a very bright-colored Starbucks, that I tend to visit, once in a while. It is located in Hy-Vee at N Sheridan Rd, and it's always a pleasure to be at this small, modernly appointed coffee shop, that finds new ways to attract customers.\n\nI purchased two pastries -- Banana Pecan Cake and -- my favorite -- Cheese Danish, then after I paid for the pastries (total $8.77), I decided to have another favorite of mine -- Strawberry Acai Lemonade (total $5.49). Hence, two receipts :) Prices are much higher this summer, compared to a year ago. OK ...\n\nThe refresher was absolutely excellent, as well as the service by the amiable staff, who were friendly and hospitable as usual, they provide personable service, and know their customers very well. The ambiance in this coffee shop is customer-friendly.\n\nNow Starbucks already posts the info on new fall items in the menu, introduces new specials, their merchandise reflects all trendy summer colors, and fresh pastries and refreshers are very tasty. “Let me start by saying, I love this location. I am not going to be the person to leave a bad review for a location that is such a great location over one negative experience but I do however have a recommendation. I have been going to this Starbucks location twice a day for a very long time. I alternate order the same two drinks each day. I hate being the person to return a drink that does not taste to my liking as I know it holds up the line, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve done this in all of the years I have been a loyal Starbucks customer because they are fabulous. However the past two mornings, the same drink I’ve ordered for years has tasted poorly. Yesterday morning I did not complain, however this morning I truly needed my coffee (one of those days). When I asked for my drink to be re-made, I even offered to go inside so the folks behind me did not have to wait I was treated with a slight attitude. Instead of politely offering to remake my drink, I felt as if I was criticized. I was then told to order light cinnamon next time as if it was my fault the same drink I’ve ordered for years suddenly tastes different the past two mornings. While I know the workers mean well, I do recommend a better handling of situations of this nature. Again; This location is great! The lines move quickly and orders are always correct but please, when situations like this occur as they do, handle them a tad more respectfully. I know we all have off days, reason I would never leave a bad review over one negative experience I just wish today was handled slightly different. Everyone of the workers are wonderful and I hope if they are having a bad day; it gets better! Hugs. ❤️“

“I work downtown and go here at least once a week. I order the same thing when I go, 16oz Fr Vanilla Latte with half and half. Depending who was working the counter I would get charged differently each time. $5.66 one day or $6.77 the next. I asked one day and was told I was being charged for the half and half. Ok fine, BUT today I go there and order the same drink and they wanted to charge me $7.00 for a 16oz??? Starbucks and Dunkin charge $4.49 for the same drink and size. I go to CXT to support local. But today was probably my last day. The gentleman today fixed me up and I was charged $5.00. I think you Managers better circle back because no one will pay $7.00 for a 16oz iced latte.“

“I ordered online and when I went to pick up my custom dozen donuts, I was told they did not have 3 out of 6 types. I found this ridiculous as there was no such message during order placement AND I received a confirmation “your order is ready.” Only when I was there to pick up my order, they told me they don’t have those items (it was 5 pm). Apparently they only make donuts in the morning and sell those donuts all day long.So, if you want a specific type of donut, you gotta go in the morning.The lady at the cash counter was apologetic and offered me extra donuts. Of course it’s not her fault, I wish Dunkin’ had a better policy.“

“The wait is never too long, staff is consistent and friendly as they can be working with the public lol. Food comes heated fresh, I notice sometimes at the Peoria Dunkin locations, the food (hashbrowns/sandwiches) can tend to have a burnt plastic or weird taste to it from the oven (I think), but it is only some locations, has happened here maybe once.“

“What food I've ordered has been delish. Great coffee choices for all tastes. I only go when I have a coupon or special occasions because everything is so expensive.
The stores I've been in are a dark color. It would be nice to see them lighten up the interior spaces.“

“Big shout out to the Burger King across the street. Since you can't open your dining room on time, I ended up at Dunkin', where I was pleasantly and promptly greeted. My order was made fresh and correct. Coming back here next time.“
